Fantastic Stay in the heart of Chicago!!

The hotel is ideally located in downtown Chicago with most tourist attractions accessible by foot or the L-trains. The room was spacious, clean and most importantly quiet.

There was little I didn’t like, the one thing that could be improved upon is the breakfast and the variety they offer. Breakfast is also served in plastic disposable plates.

Celebrated my wife birthday for the weekend we had a blast.

Love the friendly front desk, ladies were very friendly and helpful. Very informative and gave us two complimentary drink tickets for our stay, it was my wife birthday weekend so it was a nice start to our stay. We had a lovely experience.

It is a great location and was easy to get around downtown Chicago. The room worked pretty well for us and it had a comfortable bed.

The bathroom door would not open or close unless we lifted up the toilet seat. There was a table next to the bed that didn't fit the space and made it difficult to open and close curtains. The windows of the room were very dirty. I felt breakfast was pretty minimal and maybe could have offered a few more items.

Elevators weren’t all working and didn’t seem safe.. the valet driver damaged my car and since they r third party staff was no help ! And the breakfast they offered was very little food and didnt taste good! Will not be going back!!!

The location is perfect! Walked everywhere. Breakfast was good. I’ve never been in a hotel that truly has a kitchenette. Regular size fridge and dishwasher and even has a mini stove ! Highly recommend

Visiting Chicago for the first time we had great experience with excellent staff in Marriott.

Location: very good as we could walk for most of the attractions and to the public transport. Room: is good and clean but need a few more cooking utensils. Breakfast: It is basic and most of the same stuff everyday but it is OK. No problem with that.

Location was excellent. The room was very large for Chicago standards. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Liked the free breakfast.

The only thing that was a little odd was the lobby was on the second floor and the front entrance had a person sitting there, and we weren't sure who they worked for. We had to find a cart and take our luggage to the 2nd floor via elevator which was not problem, but would be if it had been really busy.
