I love the location. Breakfast was okay not the best but it’s almost the same warm food choices every morning. Staff are friendly but they need more staff to assist guests from the main entrance below. I was struggling to enter with all my luggages and small kids and the only staff inside by the elevator was too busy. When we got inside, I had to ask for a cart so i can bring all our luggages up to the lobby then to our room.
I didn’t like the shared elevator to go to the main floor. It delays you

Close to most attractions and the river. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Of course, comfortable and parking connected to the hotel.

Breakfast and all staff were outstanding.
Couldn't find ice at first; we weren't told how things 'work'. The elevators were EXTREMELY slow (we were almost late for our uber pick up waiting on floor 9 for over 20 minutes were all of our bags and suitcases). The beds were very small -- they should be queen size.
