Staff was so nice and very accommodating. Man sitting at desk on first floor when you first come in was inviting and funny. Iced coffee was a nice bonus. I'd never seen that offered before.

The room, the view.. The staff very freindy and accommodating. Excellent service. Your location is awesome. The security with the keys . The elevator would not go if you did not have key. I did like the security. I enjoyed my stay.

There is no sink in the restroom that is gross when sharing a room with friends. There wasn't an exhaust, so close quarter bowel movements ??? The hidden fee was not great cause I should not pay for damages unless they occurred. Buy my friends, and i understand. Maybe people canceled cards and then stiffed the hotel. I was not charged for the fee?. Just a hold. But when will I get it back. Or does the hotel never give it back?. And it's just their way of getting more money. I did not like leaving.

Excellent central location and comfortable room. The staff was wonderful.

The bathroom was dated but clean. The awkward elevator system was made worse by having one of the two elevators OOO. Needed to take two separate elevator banks to enter and exit the hotel.

The stay was very agreeable, cozy and happy.

Breakfast was fare, the room was excelent. The location is very good, near the Chicago River and good restaurants. Best attendants and clean.

The empty frigobar - no Coke, no cool water. I think the room seens to be a little bit dark sometimes, needs a central light. The gym is small, we need to deviate from another customers and wait for the equipment.

comfortable, lovely, memorable

breakfast wasn't great, very basic. but the staff were phenomenal. the room was clean and perfect for what i needed. room service were polite and did a good job to reset the room. location was fantastic. the gym and the view was cute. I will remember Glenda for a long while, how genuine and generous to share information about the city. a truly lovely woman and compliment to your team.

Breakfast was great and the staff were very kind and accommodative. The location was absolutely perfect for a short trip in Chicago. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see downtown, including being steps away from the subway station.

The wall very thin ,in the midnight I woke up with the big noise from next room , I try to not the Karen to complain,I was do a lot activity with my kids (older kids) I’m so tired,but we can’t sleep,because the next room the teenager kids screaming yelling, laughing ….😭 this is a nightmare night

The staff was very friendly and helpful! They gave us a room close to other family members and answered all of our questions. Our view was great...nice for our German relatives!

Placement of the property was ideal for walking distance between everywhere notable.

The mix between the modernization of the rooms led to my room having an older A/C, so my room was hot when I tried to get it cool.

Decent but not sure we would stay again

It was clean. staff was very nice. Location was decent, close to or walking distance to most things.

Ground level was strange vs coming into lobby from street. Room was small and a corner room - could hear everything and everyone, so loud.. Breakfast nothing great. Got stuck in elevator- so traumatizing but they were willing to discount which I appreciated that kind gesture after such a scary situation
