Staff…. Room great…. Even upgraded from single beds to two queen beds, which was very nice. Temperature settings for heat in the room worked so well. Everything went perfect from check in to check out. Well worth the price hotel.com charged.

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn was okay, but the check-in experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, there was garbage left in our room, and the live TV did not work. This was especially frustrating since we paid $75 for early check-in and expected a clean, fully functioning room. We ultimately had to ask to be moved to a different room, which added unnecessary stress. The location was great, and having a grocery store nearby was very convenient.

Took the kids for Christmas, the staff were wonderful. The view was fantastic. The down pillows were phenomenal and I will be buying some, very comfortable sleep.

Old furniture and the mattress doesn’t fully cover the bed frame, leaving the wooden support slats exposed. This looks a bit awkward and might affect the mattress’s stability.

Can you sleep through incessant fire truck sirens and car honking? If so this place would be fine but walls were thin and we could hear everything, including the rooms next door and people in the hallway. Not for light sleepers. Great location though.

The hotel is old and feels neglected. The thermostat is one of the oldest devices in existence, and it was never possible to regulate the temperature in the room. We stayed there during the winter, and one day there was a snowstorm. Even though we selected the heating temperature, the air coming out was freezing. The windows are not sealed, so all the cold from outside seeps into the room, and the noise from outside can be heard even with the window closed (it literally felt like the window was open). The room cleaning was very poor. There was hair in the sinks and even on the bathroom ceiling when we checked in. In addition, housekeeping was not performed daily. We had to request it at the front desk several times, and even then, they never came. Furthermore, the room was supposed to include two courtesy bottles of water per day, but after the first night, they were never restocked. We had to ask for them at the front desk, only to find out that we were charged for them after checkout. In general, the hotel staff is not very helpful or service-oriented. There is no one to help you carry your bags to your room, and the hotel entrance doors malfunctioned and were sometimes out of order. It is not even a cheap hotel, so for those rates, there are countless options that are surely much better.

The room was in good condition. The man the did the check in Sunday afternoon was impolite and unhelpful, but the young man that handled check out was more pleasant and didn't seemed bothered when i asked a question. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable

The hotel was nice, clean, housekeeping was very friendly and helpful, good location, beautiful city view. The restaurant was delicious! My only complaint is parking. The hotel does not have their own parking so we were out 60 dollars a day for parking which is outrageous and we weren’t even made aware of that until we tried to leave later on. We ended up spending over 200 dollars in parking in just a few days. I guess that’s how it goes in a big city though but I would have been nice to have known that ahead of time.

Housekeeping didn't come every other day as promised. I called the front desk to request housekeeping. When they came to the door, they asked me how much I wanted the room cleaned. Obviously, I wanted the whole room cleaned? I'm not sure why that was a question. Also, overall the room was quite dusty.
