    Simple room kind of small but great price and clean!

    This hotel is in a great location, and it was very easy to get around from there. I really enjoyed the convenience of the area. The hotel also has a nice café and bar on the first floor, which was a great addition. Overall, I think it was a good value for the money. The front desk staff were mostly nice to me, especially two of the people I interacted with. However, some of the other staff members working around the hotel did not seem very friendly, which made the experience feel a little less welcoming. The room was okay, but there were a few issues. The bathroom door was broken, and although it was not a major problem at first, it was still inconvenient. The room also could have been cleaner. Overall, I enjoyed the location and felt the hotel had good value, but I think the service and room maintenance could be improved.

    Central location and very clean. The lobby bar is beautiful and has great bartender service! Would recommend.

    Our first night our tv and all but one outlet were broken. I tried to call down from the room to report it, and the phone also didn’t work. I also tried to call from my cell phone and no one picked up. We didn’t realize the outlets were not working until the next day and my phone was dead the whole day exploring the city. It was very disappointing and made it more difficult to enjoy our day since we couldn’t take photos, access maps, etc. The next night, the AC unit POURED water down the wall and onto the carpet, soaking it and creating a nasty mildew smell. The location was great, but we are frustrated with the fact that we paid for a functioning room with basic amenities and couldn’t even get that.
