It’s nice. A great location near the river walk and a 10 min walk to State St shopping. Check in staff was friendly. Bed sheets and towels crisp and clean. Nice toiletries. Generally clean room with average decor. A reasonably interesting view of Kinzie St and I can allllmost see the State St bridge. Tv works well. I am 50/50 on the bed comfort, which is super important to me - not terrible but could use upgrade and pillow top of some kind to really make it a good sleep. BUT….the bathroom fan SCREAMS whenever we turn the light on or off. Toilet difficult to flush and sometimes takes some handle jiggling. Shower looking a little rough and the shower curtain is literally falling apart. And the worst part - the bed pillows are the weirdest, smallest, lumpiest and most uncomfortable pillows I have ever experienced at a hotel. I don’t know what they’re going for here. Overall, a decent stay, but some maintenance items could be addressed and, for the love of god, give guests some normal bed pillows!

Good hotel. Only complaint - very loud bass music audible until 4am on Friday and Saturday; book a high room at the front of the hotel if possible!

Hotel was great and the staff were fantastic! The only thing is it is quite noisy at night from street traffic.

Great location for shopping, public transportation, and exploring the city on foot. The friendly staff and clean rooms made for a pleasant stay. However, the facilities left much to be desired. The breakfast selection was very disappointing, and the evening happy hour was equally underwhelming. Both were held in the same space, which felt more like a staff cafeteria than a welcoming guest lounge.
