Not worth it, should have stayed at discount hotel

Nice hotel, easy to get to, had a decent view out the window of the streets

They couldn't get me checked in until 3 pm (4 hours after arriving) and when they did, they didn't give me the room I paid for, and instead gave me a kids roll-in bed so we had to put 3 in the king bed and 1 in the mini bed.

Excellent experience!

Breakfast was delicious, I would have preferred it served hotter as it was barely warm. We enjoyed excellent cocktails at the bar area one or two evenings as well. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. But huge kuddos to the doorman who was absolutely so helpful and welcoming.

Hotel has a system where you are charged 20 dollars a night but get credit in the hotel bar and shop. However 44 dollars for 2 sandwiches and 2 soft drinks in the shop is disgraceful and a complete rip off. We have spent over 7,000 staying in this hotel on this and previous occasions however Won’t be going back because this greedy 20 dollar system which is just disgusting.

Furnace issues

Perfect location to area We were visiting.

The heat was not working in the room. Said it was an older unit. Maintenance was called to service the furnace which was eventually repaired! We left the room while the technician was there due to a engagement we had to attend. Everything was repaired when we returned, and worked as it should.

Nice hotel but beware of what type of room they are selling...I would call to verify before arriving

The room that we were sold was suppose to have 2 beds...one being a king. The room we stayed in only had two standard beds, which made sleeping uncomfortable. I actually showed my reservation screen shot to the front desk and they were also confused. I feel like I was misled. I would have not booked that room or hotel if that was the case. Not sure if booking.com gives out wrong room information or the Westin but it was disappointing for sure!

No breakfast was provided. The location is great, safe and very close to restaurants and night life.

Extra charge for wifi. They did nor clean the room every day nor replace coffee, nor water, etc.
