We had a great time for my wife's birthday. Terrace 16 and Rebar were phenomenal.

We were in a King Spa Room in 1432. The room was very nice. It was just up one flight of stairs to the fitness and spa center. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were greeted by staff everywhere we went. The spa staff were incredible.

The only issue was the tub drain would not seal. I did not notify the staff because it was just a small leak.

The design of the hotel, amenities and employee performance were first rate in every respect.

Each hotel employee greeted us with a smile and eagerness to assist. Attention to detail is extraordinary. Everything is first rate. The views from Terrace 16 and our room were spectacular. Location could not be better for major attractions, wonderful restaurants and the theaters. Our room was well appointed, large and comfortable. Couldn’t be happier with our choice of hotels.

The menu at Terrace 16 could have had additional fish entrees, but the food and service we enjoyed were excellent. We even got a text from the restaurant about a forgotten pair of reading glasses inadvertently left after our meal. Wait staff was attentive but didn’t hover. Views of the extraordinary architecture of Chicago were spectacular. Never saw so many diners taking pictures out of the floor to ceiling windows!

Not great, you have proof to show management how bad the room was and there like robots, no mercy

The heat in my room wasn’t working well, the room I originally booked was giving away by the time they checked my wife and I in for our 27th year anniversary. The room they gave me had bleach stains on the carpet and some weird rips in the carpet as well. It definitely wasn’t worth the $1300 a night

Great location and views of the river!

Toilet was clogged with nasty backflow when we got into the rooms. It took ages for maintenance to come up to fix it and we had to leave for dinner. They got it fixed but not cleaned when we came back from dinner. Requested for housekeeping service to clean up and turn down the rooms but it never came

I would like gift card to be processed against my final bill.

I had a balance on a gift card to use towards our room. The front desk staff did not know how to process gift card. When I called 4 days later to get receipt to make sure gift card was used I was told I would receive call back. I have not received call back so I do not know if gift card was processed.

Clean, upscale, large spacious room, comfortable bed luxurious linens, wonderful staff and perfect location close to everything.

The sliding door to the bathroom left too much of an opening the space was about two inches could clearly see into the bathroom. I was solo so it didn’t matter. But if someone else was in the room with me it would have been a problem.

I love the views the hotel offers

I call the front desk shortly after checking in to inquire about transportation to an event that I was attending. I was transferred to the concierge who didn’t answer the phone, then transferred back to the operator who took a message and said they would get back with me. I did not receive a call back in response to my message. When I went to the front desk to ask about transportation, I was informed that. I was informed that the hotel only offers rides on Friday and Saturday.

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel! From the moment we checked in, the staff took great care of us – myself, my wife, and our 5-year-old daughter. The spa, pool, and Terrace 16 restaurant were all excellent. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort and top-notch service!
