Location
Interior of the property is not clean, very old building and Hilton somehow has not managed to renovate. It could be better

The receptionist that told us a joke when we first came in was extra helpful and friendly! I forgot his name. And the location was perfect!
How small the pool was but that was completely fine because everything else made up for it!

Fantastic location, walkable to all major sites. Loads of good restaurants close by , 3 mns walk to Miracle Mile and shops.
Really noisy air con and even on 14th flloe noise from the street made it hard to get a good nighst sleep ( windows didnt reduce noise at all). Fire engines, car racing in the streets etc.

Location and size of the rooms was about all this hotel has going for it
Wasn’t clean - 2 long dark hairs in the shower when we arrived, room only serviced every other day, unless you were a Hilton member you have to pay for wifi and water!! No tea or kettle and only paper cups supplied, when we checked out we were hit with a random credit card fee for each day of our stay even though we booked and paid with booking.com months before, they never told us there was additional charges and took the money without our consent. Would have expected more from a Hilton hotel.
