The extra fees at the hotel and then the lady at desk said if we did the parking we would be able to come and go and pay the 1 time $64 for 24hr so we parked and when we tried to go to the other side of Chicago we was told it would be another $64 to park for rest of night if we left, rooms weren’t very quite ether

This hotel is close to everything, park and walk! The restaurant and bar is a great place to eat and hangout!
I wish they had valet parking!

The location was excellent nestled in the downtown core, I was able to reach my conference site within minutes of walking. Additionally, I was able to travel easily with the train right at the doorstep. The room was quiet and clean, great for my purpose. I loved the facilities, the gym was open 24 hours, good for someone on 15 hour time difference.

Location
Cleanliness. The bedsheets were smelling. If you book 2-3 days then cleaning happens every other day( which I have never observed at any other place )

The hotel was an excellent choice. Location, roo, bed.
Please play attention with the air conditioning cleaning.

When our reservation was in limbo due to an expired CC (my fault) the Hilton Garden Inn made every attempt to ensure we had rooms to sleep in.
7.0 / 10.0
The location was great. The beds were very comfortable and there were no noises on the floor or neighboring rooms. So it was easy to sleep which is a plus! The TV in the room was good and so were the fitness center and pool - although the water could have been a little warmer.
The front desk staff was not the warmest, they were just ok. The decor or style of the rooms is a little outdated for my taste and I would have liked the rooms to have been slightly bigger. And although the hotel is very functional i think it was little over priced.

Room is clean, location is great.
The entrance automatic door sometimes dont work and for someone like me who has so much staff its hard to get my luggages in and out of the hotel.

Clean and smelled good
The shower was too small in width, I didn't ask for a room with assistance bars, but that's what I got, which made the shower even smaller! The shower head seemed to be 10 feet high, very awkward for someone that's 5'3". The bed kept squeaking, no matter what kind of movement you did. The room temperature never regulated.
The TV kept freezing or just shutting completely off on it's own! The iron was broke n kept spitting out water! The pillows on the bed had no support to them! Parking was ridiculous! The hotel didn't offer any and what was around, costs 64.00, RIDICULOUS!!! And last but not least, the fridge in my room didn't work, so the food i put in it went bad, so that was a waste of money for me as well. Needless to say I will NEVER STAY at this particular hotel again!!!

The location was amazing. The Weber Grill restaurant was nice, and their bar had a guitar player singing popular tunes on a Friday night.
There is no guest laundry room. When I was informed of this, they said they could send my laundry "out." I did not pursue that option.

uncomfortable beds. Really bad mattresses. The rooms and corridors could be updated.

We felt safe. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s very close to everything. We were able to walk pretty much anywhere
Our room was right next to the elevator so it was really noisy. They was a constant banging noise and then we could hear people talking/laughing when getting on or off the elevator

The location of the property was nice.
A couple of negatives- when they do your room every other day, they don’t leave enough toilet paper or tissue paper. There was four of us and we had to call a couple of times to get more toilet paper and also to have a fourth towel delivered. Many times the guest services phone was not answered. The location is great -obviously in the touristy part of town if that’s what you want. The lobby is really tiny and there aren’t many places to sit. We did try the breakfast one day and one thing I noted that was negative was the plates that were put out did not look very clean. Another just commented about the same thing.
I would opt for an Airbnb in the future in a real neighborhood.as these rooms are very tight and there are no additional benefits.

I appreciate Michael for the smooth and prompt check in process. It was busy but he handled us all like a champ and gave a great recommendation for the Weber restaurant. The food in the restaurant was 10/10! I always enjoy the keyless/app key when available at Hilton properties. I felt safe in the location.
I did not like the keyless option for the elevator. It never synced and I still had to carry my keycard for that only.

Just a great location - next to the red line and we liked having the Weber Grill restaurant being attached with interior access

Elevator area on floor one was often crowded. Long waits for elevator.
