I recently stayed at the Kinzie Hotel in Chicago and had a fantastic experience. The first thing I noticed was that my room was extremely clean, which is always a top priority for me. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was helpful and friendly, making me feel very welcome. Two things that really stood out were the free continental breakfast (a great way to start the day) and the complimentary happy hour. Getting two free drinks in the evening was such a nice touch! I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Chicago.
