The location, the hotel ver nice liked the ambiance

Housekeeper left towels out by the door n didn’t return to pick them up

Excellent rooms, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant at the lobby is great.

The breakfast could be better.

A large modern hotel. The suite we had enabled our family of four to be together and avoid the cost of two rooms. The hotel was well located for days out and eating at nearby restaurants.

Our room was not regularly cleaned and we kept having to ask for toilet paper. There was a lot of dust behind the bed and sock from a previous guest. We didn’t eat the breakfast as it was not good quality. The buffet style was not good.

Spacious rooms, updated facilities, variety of breakfast options, breakfast included with stay, nice location.

Staff not very friendly. One staff member entered my room when the do not disturb hanger was on the door, did not introduce herself (housekeeping, as management claims she was), and quickly stepped out once she realized we were in the room. When I asked why she entered/what she needed, her response was “it’s okay”. She had nothing with her (towels, etc.) and no cleaning cart in the hallway when I came out. Management very dismissive about it when I addressed it, but did give a 25% refund on one night. This was the morning after the first night of my stay, and after this, my room was only cleaned twice during an 8 day stay. Called for towels, since my room hadn’t been cleaned, and was told they would be right up. No one ever showed. Charged for an extra day of valet parking that I did not use, very difficult to get refunded. Have been told twice that I would see a refund, hoping that I do.
