Great place, great location and good value.

Great location, comfortable suite, but the exceptional part were the staff! All of them: the front desk, the bartender at happy hour, the people bussing tables at breakfast and the engineer who came to fix a light. All helpful and wanting to genuinely please you.

Terrible customer service. Staff was rude, dismissive, and hung up on me multiple times while I was trying to explain a weather-related travel emergency. When I asked for a manager, I was misled and treated with zero professionalism. I was pushed back and forth between the hotel and Booking.com, with no one taking responsibility. No empathy, no accountability, and no basic courtesy. Absolutely not the level of service you expect from a Hilton property. I would not book here again.

Would absolutely stay again, but would need additional elevators working or stay on a floor that would allow the stairs

Loved the location, happy hours, free breakfast and the size of the rooms, etc.

Only two elevators were working which made it really difficult and frustrating to go to and from our room. We were on the 11th floor with young children so we were not able to use the stairs.

Would stay again

Loved the location. Was able to park in a parking garage 1 block away from hotel and then just walk to everything within 10min. The hotel also offers valet parking for a fee. The happy hour at the restaurant was nice and lined up right before the complementary hour(2 free drinks) at the hotel so that made for a nice evening at low cost.

Drunk man came into lobby with pants half off and drooling. The staff did not assist in anyway and children went onto the (glass) elevator with him. Unattended children were everywhere.

Location was excellent, breakfast was next level, and room was surprisingly large and very clean

Very small pool with limited seating. Hotel layout and low railings on high floors felt unsafe.

Geography.

Elevators were broken and ONLY 1 worked. Bathroom sink was stopped up and leaking. Lastly, I called for room service to deliver a clean bed sheet set and blanket. Breakfast and happy hour protocol and process was terrible. The Housekeeper forgot the blanket and said no worries she would be right back. And when she did, it was balled up and given to me. I protested in disgust. I will NOT return to the Hilton property. I am so very disappointed.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent for the amount of people needing served. The room was comfortable.

The temperature regulation was hard to control. It always seemed quite warm in our room (even for winter) despite turning down the heat.

I didn’t like how none of the kids that were at the hotel wasn’t able to get in the pool at all and how only 2 elevators was working causing a lot of commotion getting to our room or the lobby and breakfast

Great location. Room was big, loved the little living room area with tv and couch and table and chairs. Complimentary breakfast was great! Close to restaurants, the riverwalk and parking.

Parking in their garage was expensive, we found a garage close by for a 1/3 of the price.

Will never return

There was BLACK MOLD in the heat pump in our room. The unit had not been serviced in quite some time. The filer was wet and full of mold. After bringing it to the staff’s attention we were moved to another room. Maintenance promised an update concerning the room, NOT A SINGLE WORD TO US. We were never offered any kind of compensation for the horrible experiences. We will never return.

Ok for very short visit with family

Location and room size. It's close to downdown, beautiful streets , easy to walk around and close to metro station. It was easy and cheap to take the metro and go south, to visit the aquarium and other attractions there.

Disorganized breakfast, crowded, dirty and not many seats/tables available. Besides of other good reviews, the breakfast food was not good, poor quality. There is one section where you can ask for ommelets and eggs, that is what "saves" the experience, but other food is really bad quality. Don't come here if you are looking for good breakfast.

I won’t come back here again

The beds were comfortable

The breakfast was really nasty and overcrowded. People were all over the place. The staff acted like they didn’t know what they were doing. Security came to my room and asked if we were smoking marijuana. I told him to come in and smell, and then he walked out and said he didn’t smell anything. I was mad I had to pay so much for parking. I believe if you stay at the hotel parking should be free.
