The room is really spacious. Ideal for a family check-in. The bed is comfortable and the couch is long, enough to be used as another bed.
The toiletress were not filled full. Shampoo and conditioner was just good for one person then it was emptied. Needed to call housekeeping and waited for some time. It would have been better if they always keep it full so it would be less hassle on their part and for the guests too, especially if they have time to catch up.

Everything was perfect
How slow the elevators were moving, but overall, we enjoyed ourselves still

The rooms were spacious and staff were very nice.
At breakfast time on the first morning we could not get down the elevator on the 7th level to to the breakfast area on Mezzanine level due to elevators being overloaded with guests and one elevator was broken down. We felt trapped so we looked for stairs to use instead. The stairs we used had no exit to the mezzanine or out of the building the only way out was through the 3rd floor which left us stuck at the elevators again. We finally found another set of stairs to take us down but the whole situation was a bit scary. What if it had been an emergency, everyone stuck in the stairwell would have panicked. Breakfast was disorganized and chaotic as well.

Location that we were looking for.
It was very loud. Could hear everything on the street, woke us up every night. First room given was dirty, bed laid on, toilet was used not flushed, open lid. Dirty dishes on table, all surfaces were not wiped, could see hand and finger prints. Staff didn’t help find a luggage cart, said they were all in use or to go look for one ourselves. (We requested a crib which was confirmed available before arrival) no crib until after 10pm. Staff were not friendly nor very helpful.
