Good value and high degree of comfort for the price and location

Great size, super cozy bed and pillows, cozy lighting, great location

No microwave, very little space in mini fridge for personal items, knob was missing on showerhead so once I switched it to the handheld I couldn’t switch it back but probably not uniformly an issue elsewhere.

The hotel itself was beautiful, and the location was very convenient to many attractions. The property was very secure in that there was always someone at the front desk and the elevators required a room key for access. The room itself was amazing! We had a panoramic room on the 24th floor and the view was fantastic! Housekeeping did an excellent job. The front desk staff couldn’t have been any friendlier or more helpful. We had a problem with the in room safe and called the front desk and someone was at the door within two minutes to help us.

The only negative thing I can say is that our room had a funny, musty smell as soon as you entered. I’m thinking it was from the humidity from the bathroom. Once you were in the room for a while, you didn’t notice it. But it hit you in the face when you first opened the door to enter the room.

Fantastic view from 21st floor of Chicago at night! Great staff, especially in the restaurant at breakfast. I wish I stayed longer to experience the gym :).

The elegance and architecture of the property is great.

The fact no underground garage was thought of for parking for customers or valet. Parking valet is your only choice and it’s $68 per night. Then the nerve to charge for complimentary drinks and snacks. The sheets felt weird and HVAC system was loud.

I thought it was a really decent hotel, and especially for the price

The staff was very nice and I ran into some of the customers on the way up and down and they were yeah, really cool and friendly. It was surprisingly shockingly quiet for accommodations in the city. I was on the twentieth floor and I requested a quiet room and they delivered. The shower was really unusual in that it was glass on both sides- so from the bedroom, if the curtain is open, you can give your partner a show hahah. If you're into that - i was alone in on a business trip, but yeah, I thought it was intriguing. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Keurig with complimentary coffee in room. Treats available for purchase as well as refrigerated.Beverages. stylish and clean. I parked my car around the corner at a superior place through spot hero. Ate dinner at Tzuco around the corner- it was fabulous. Truly. The restaurant in the actual hotel looked pretty great and had some outdoor patio seating. Not fancy but certainly accessible and people were enjoying themselves.

I'm a blonde hairdresser, and I did happen to find a super long wavy black hair on my pillow in my bed. Because i'm a hairdresser and I have long hair I realize hair is a pain in the ass and gets everywhere.. Hard for the cleaners to deal with I'm sure. I didn't. Consider the place dirty tin because of something minor but.. just a note
