    Hotel Felix has a good location, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. However, there were several additional charges and policies that we found disappointing. We were charged a $99 resort fee for our three-night stay, which we did not feel was justified. We were also surprised to be charged $5 per piece of luggage for storage. This was the first time we encountered a hotel charging guests to store their luggage. The room also did not have a refrigerator, which was inconvenient. In addition, housekeeping does not clean the room unless you specifically request it.

    We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Felix! Everything was very clean, our room was great, and the staff were absolutely amazing. We arrived a little earlier than check-in time, and for a small additional fee we received so many nice extras — early check-in, a room upgrade, additional amenities in the room, and even really delicious coffee. It made such a difference after our trip! This was our first visit to Chicago, and thanks to Hotel Felix and its wonderful team, the city made a great first impression on us from the very beginning. The location is also very convenient, close to many attractions, cafés, and restaurants, so it was easy to explore the city on foot. A big thank you to the entire team for making our first Chicago experience so comfortable and welcoming. We would happily stay here again!

    Hotel Felix is amazing and in a great area. Everythingis walking distance and restaurans, bars, and even casinos are within a couple blocks if they aren't right across the street. You tend to forget in today's world that there are still people who care about their guests. Giselle stands out! She was awesome and always willing to help, not to mention very knowledgeable about everything, not just at the hotel but the surrounding areas. She was easily working the front desk and the bar without missing a beat! Not to mention she was very kind and always smiling. The entire staff was great but she stood out. If i had to say anything negative about the hotel I would say the elevators are small but that really wasn't an issue at all. When I go back I think I'll stay there again!
