    The rooms look nothing like the picture the sheets were nasty and the rooms need to be remodeled because they look old and dingy. The ladies at the front desk lady was kind enough to put us in another room. It was a lil cleaner but still look old and dingy. The area was great. I definitely will not be cheap on spending money on a hotel ever again. It would not allow me to upload my pictures I tried like 7 times to upload the pictures but it said failed.

    Second time visiting this place. Close to everything, wonderful staff very attentive. Also a very clean and nice place to stay in Chicago! You won’t be disappointed.

    El hotel esta bien ubicado, el bar es en el primer piso y hay un gran ambiente. La habitación es comoda muy basica en muebles y cortinas. Acta para trabajar, el wifi funciona muy bien y no hay ruido, ideal para dormir

    My stay was fine until check-out. We needed to store our bags to attend a baseball game and were told that there was no room in storage and they could not accommodate us. This obviously left us in a lurch, and we asked what our options were. There was very little concern on their part to assist. If this is a frequent issue for them, I would think that they could partner with a nearby hotel and call and make the arrangements for us (which they did not). Meanwhile, the nearby hotel that did ultimately assist us with our bags (Hotel 55 Chicago Downtown) was extremely pleasant and accommodating, despite us not being guests at their hotel. The difference in customer service was striking.
