I love the location and the lobby
the bedside table was in poor condition, the standing lamp didn't work and the shade on the sconce was twisted. i would call the room in disrepair. the bathrooms could use updating. the shower faucet is from the 1970's

The room, cleanliness of the room and complimentary breakfast all very impressive.
Operating the elevator was frustrating. It took several attempts before the card reader accepted room card.

Loved the big windows and room was a nice size, and nice lobby.
The $78 fee that was tacked on was a complete shock, and we could not figure out what it was for. We could not get on the WiFi despite the fee which seemed like a real money grab and definitely turned us off. Also the nightstands had peeling paint which was very surprising for a ‘nicer’ hotel.

We loved the location and the kindness of the staff, let’s not forget about the Christmas gift bags.

Great location, comfortable beds and linens, lots of space in the room and a nice view.
Front desk is not prepared for large groups checking in at once, if you are like us, and arrived with a bus load of other guests well you are out luck. Checkout wasn't any better, there only a hand full of folks inline, same amount of staff, two in this case, still it took us 20 min to get out of there. Regarding house keeping, our room was serviced twice in four nights. We sleep in when on vacation, so we don't exit the room until around 11 am or 12 pm, seems if you miss the early window to be out by 9 am you don't get your room cleaned. I called twice, plus spoke personally to one of the staff servicing another room. Still we had to ask for clean towels when we returned to our room. Lastly no vending machine or snack options available, at least none that I saw. I mean something for the late night nibbles? Nothing Uber eats couldn't solve but a little option on property woulda been nice.

Most staff were excellent and eager to help. I took down one point because of one staff who ignored my request. Also we liked that we could spend the destination fee ($25) on a lot of things. We got salad from the hotel's bar. We also liked that Yolk, an excellent restaurant, could be accessed from the hotel.
On one hand, a microwave that we requested was brought to our room quickly. On the other hand, the turntable didn't work, so it heated the middle only.

Clean, comfortable, great location. I mean that's why I'm there yeah? As far as Riverwalk area goes it was the cheapest in its class, so that's cool.
They charge you that ridiculous destination fee as if I give a f**k about complimentary yoga class?
The fancy hotel bar has the all the soul of a forced social after the business convention. But I mean, you don't have to hang out in it. I didn't. There's plenty else to see and do.
Amusingly, the rotating door broke down like 10 times a day, every day, what's up with that? Yall ought to sort that out, not a good look LOL

We were there for two concerts at House of Blues - the location was literally Right there!! We spent time in the lobby bar and had great service. Especially the young lady working at noon on Saturday March 16 - she was GREAT

Amazing location. Nice staff.
Charged $50 USD to check in early. There was no one using the room and it was ready. I have not experienced this with other hotels. The carpets in the room felt gross and it felt very dark because there was no natural light.

Location was awesome. Service and staff incredible.
Can’t really think of anything that was displeasing.

Excellent location, right next to the house of blues which was our purpose of staying. Plenty of things to do near by
Valet was a bit pricey but par for the course in Chicago. We checked in, and was given a room that was already taken. We went to the room and someone else’s stuff was in it. Luckily they were not doing anything bad or it would of been embarrassing. It was a big pain

It was in the heart of Chicago
The room was dry dirty.

Raphael at the Front Desk and Richard at Curb side were amazing. By far they go above and beyond their job. When I come back I will stay here again because of their great customer service.

The room environment was absolutely wonderful. It provided the relaxation I was seeking.
The staff was sub-par. Their attitudes were quite flaky. I felt their mindsets were not on the jobs they were supposed to be doing, but some where completely different.

Everything about this trip was amazing. Location, scenery and food was all a 10.
The room had dirty sheets on one of the beds that were already made up.
