Nice city hotel in the downtime of Chicago, close to all sightseeing points, Big Bus stop and cruise boat station. We were warmly welcomed by the receptionists and checked in early - that was a lovely experience! The room is small but has all amenities and facilities to have a rest after the city walk or a busy day.
Cleaning could be improved as we noted a lot of dust on the floor around the bed. We didnt like the breakfast - not really good and there are much better options outside the hotel.

Perfect location, wonderful facilities. On the expensive side for us, but probably could have waited for a lower rate by booking closer to the date. Overall, the hotel is a great location for doing anything in downtown Chicago and we'd definitely would stay there again.
Rooms were pricey, and I saw that rates had come down if I had waited longer, but we needed to ensure we had rooms for a special event in Chicago, and rates were competitive with other hotels at the time we booked.
