Won't be back to the Hilton in Chicago anytime soon.

Check in and check out went well. Elevators are fast. Clean.

Food selection was awful, as most items on the menu were not available. Expensive for what we did get. Parking is INSANE. Bed was hard. Rooms are small. Water pipes were loud.

Ice machine is only on the 10th floor and you need your room key to access it. Resulting in two trips to get ice.

The location and the view over the Riverwalk was amazing.

The view from the room was amazing. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly.

The restaurant for breakfast was terrible. There was a long wait to get our order. The coffee was self serve but they were out of creamer. When I asked for some creamer the person behind the bar seemed bothered by me asking. She finally asked the only waitress to get it. Then the waitress gave us someone else’s order after it took along time to get to us. The food was terrible after all that. It was also overpriced.

Super central, but unremarkable hotel

Super central while still affordable hotel, close to the riverwalk and many other Chicago sites. Room was clean and quiet, peaceful while the crew were all friendly

Feels a bit under maintained, with one elevator out for the entire stay. Lobby relatively small as was bar / restaurant, not inviting.

I loved the location of the property! Parking is located right across the street from hotel! Everything was so close to the hotel!

There is no extractor fan in the bathroom so it gets hot in there after a shower! The hallways have no ac so it’s a little bit toasty but our room has great ac so that’s all that mattered!!

Excellent staff and overall nice room

The staff were all excellent and check in was so easy they had me pulled up and ready to go before I even finished spelling my last name. The rooms were very clean and when I asked for more towels and towel paper they arrived very quickly. I also LOVE that they have bath/shower option in the bathroom, I was on my period while staying there and it was sooooo nice to be able to take a hot bath. You don’t find baths in hotels a lot now and even when you do, sometimes the baths aren’t even able to be used even though they are advertised. The beds were comfortable and I love being able to control the temperature.

The rooms were very dark, even with all of the lights turned on. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work so anytime we took a bath or shower, it turned into a sauna and then took forever to air out. The refrigerator sucked. The shelves wouldn’t actually hold anything, we had to stand boxes up on their sides and weren’t able to fit hardly anything in it. AND one of the elevators wasn’t working, which made the other elevator move a snail’s pace. We ended up having to use the stairs anytime we went anywhere, which wasn’t a huge deal but we were both on our periods so walking up and down the stairs didn’t feel great.

Great location! Nice big 11th floor room with a great view of the river. Very good bed, complimentary water bottles and in-room coffee machine. Nice big bathroom, very clean. Friendly, welcoming staff in the restaurant (we had better than average, reasonably priced fresh-cooked breakfast there). We had a good laugh with the servers & the cook. A special compliment to the server and her DELICIOUS home-made zucchini bread!

The breakfast was a little confusing - if you book with breakfast included this gets you a voucher for the restaurant. At first they said it was only for one of the $10 items but then on my last morning they said it was for any menu item except for the buffet. The food was fine but the arrangement seemed needlessly confusing.

Rude, unhelpful staff. Each lift journey was shared with either rubbish or dirty laundry cart.

Rude unwelcoming staff who seemed hell bent on making the breakfast options unintelligible. We were made to feel like e we’re asking for something outside of our voucher entitlement. At one point we were charged $30 on top of what we had already paid!

Great location as a center for walkable sightseeing.

Beautiful room, nice lobby and eating area, made to order excellent breakfast. My Partial View King had a fabulous view of the river. Wonderful location for Riverwalk, Nederlander Theater, Chicago Architecture Center. Walkable to Art Institute, Millenium Park. Lots of bus/train choices to museums.
