Everything was good but i would have been better if they gave us a higher room to get a better view of the city.

Perfect for 1 night

The location couldn't be any better if you wanna explore the downtown area. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Check in was fast.

You notice that some of the cabinets are not the newest but everything worked well! Don't really like the Check in Terminals even though it was pretty quick and worked but prefer the personal service.

Loved the view from my room. Self check in process. So close to heaps of touristy destinations. Small room but was enough for just me!

Very noisy, could hear all the traffic from floor 28. Bathroom had previous guests hair still in it. I wish the coffee station had hot chocolate!

Hello, I just wanted to talk about my stay are you hotel yesterday evening. It was mediocre to say the least, the heat did not work in the room I stayed in and upon me calling the front desk about the issue they brought me a space heater that hardly worked. The tv didn’t work and the icing on the cake there was a pair of USED female underwear behind the curtains truly a distasteful experience. I couldn’t even stay in the room for my full stay it was freezing I checked out early and had to stay somewhere else. Id like to be compensated in some manner for that stay.

The young lady who was desk clerk when I checked in LATE at night was EXTRAORDINARY!!! Her courtesy, kindness, & helpfulness was UNMATCHED!!! Only wish I recalled her name!!!

Great location; close to everything, wonderful staff great viees vomfy bed and great coffee machine on 2nd floor

The location is excellent; so many excellent steakhouses nearby as well as River North neighborhood right across the bridge and so close to all the shops on N. Michigan Ave Stayed here 30 yrs ago for the view and it did not disappoint once again. Only wish they’d update the rooms already! But the beds are extremely comfy. Thank u to Ronnie. The SWEETEST, most hospitable and accommodating front desk clerk I’ve ever met! Until next time Patrice

Great price, location and staff but a slightly dated hotel

- Location, very central to everything - The staff were amazing! Especially Ronnie who should be commended on his customer service and upbeat attitude - Free luggage store - Noon check-in - Hands-off approach to housekeeping easy not to be disturbed - Large room size - Lobby area was cool

- Windows were single pane which let cold and all noise in - Bed was soft and sunken in the middle - No range of pillow hardness and the ones we had were super soft - No onsite restaurant or bar - Hotel in general is dated but reflected in the excellent value for the location - No kettle in the room for boiled water - View from window was no existent so would suggest booking a room with a view

It was beautiful and in a good location to walk around downtown.

The room we stayed in smelled like cigars and mold. The vent in the ceiling had black mold growing out of it onto the ceiling. I did not see the mold until I laid down for bed late at night and we were only staying for one night. I was already frustrated when we arrived because we could not find a parking garage. Due to the protest that happened right when we arrived traffic was horrible. We parked on the opposite side then of the protest and had to walk quite a way in. I was hot and ready to get a shower and ready to eat our dinner for the night. That whole experience was frightening to say least we are from a small town and that is not something we see everyday or actually ever. The staff did not seem to be very emphatic as they seemed used to that kind of thing. But as guest we were not sure what to expect and it was also scary because it was so close to our hotel.

Stuffy in a nice location

Lovely location, friendly staff, beautiful lobby.

No air flow and quite stuffy, making it hard to sleep. The thermostat does not work in the individual rooms. My room was 77 degrees and never cooled down. I was also on a top floor, so it got very stuffy. The room itself was quite small and did not match the feel of the lobby at all. The bed was on the soft side. There was no Kleenex in the room or bathroom. My room faced another building, so there was no view.

Location was excellent and staff were very friendly.

Previously stayed and had a lovely room. This time, the room we had was tired and dated. Felt uncomfortable in comparison to the better furnished/decorated room we had previously. If I had this room the first time, I would not have rebooked and will question whether I do again unless all rooms are refurbished or the price better reflects the condition.

It was partially clean when we arrived. We stay for three nights and they never clean our room. In addition, one elevator was not working and you can spend ages waiting.

It is close to everything. We came in on the South Shore Line so very close to Millennium Station and the blue line to O’Hare. Our double room even had two bathrooms which was great.

We stayed on the river side so that elevator was totally functional. Sounds like the opposite elevator wasn’t working well as others reported but it didn’t affect us. We had to wait a long time to check in our room because there was a problem with one of our mattresses. But they managed it well, kept us updated and gave us a late check out.

The elevator was broken. We walked down 20 flights at least 3x. It was so hot in the hallway--was the A/C broken, too? The bathroom was old and resembled a hospital bathroom. The room was very very small.

Centrally located, comfortable and clean stay

We were stuck in the lift for 30 mins! But the hotel went all out to get us out, and took off the day charges before we could open our mouth to complain!!! But the location of hotel, the Staff, Cleanliness comfort all Superb. Call out to front desk staff 'Tony', for excellent service and warmth.
