The staff were friendly and accommodating.
The free Bus pass was fantastic bonus and made it easy to go around.
The small private terrace was one of my favourite features. It was a quite and comfortable space to unwind after a busy day.
It would be helpful if the guests were informed about the city tax surcharge before arrival to avoid any surprises at check -in. The only suggestion for improvement would be clearer communication , Guests should be informed about city tax in advance.
Despite these minor issues, we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again.

Decent Breakfast
The room had an open beer bottle next to one of the beds, the trash can was not emptied from the previuos guest. Towels are wornout, not a great location
