I would stay again

Good location and helpful staff. Didn’t eat in restaurant but bar food good.

A couple of issues with room on arrival. Safe not working, sink stopper stuck and room phone not working. All issues were resolved by next day

One of the best hotel stays

Hotel personnel was extremely helpful, they noticed my daughter is not feeling well and and offered at their wn initiative to prepare the room couple of hours prior to checking in time. It was very unexpected and helpful on their behalf.

Very well appointed with a great shower and super comfortable large double bed.

They take a long time to release the hold on one’s credit card which is annoying and blocks our ability to use some of our travel funds on the next leg of our trip.

Absolutely Amazing! Loved this hotel!

This hotel is absolutely amazing! It is luxurious, comfortable, close to the centre, cosy and relaxing to stay in. Staff is very welcoming and ready to help, whether it's reception or restaurant staff. They are so polite and happily ready to serve with a genuine smile. I wish I could stay longer at this hotel. However I will definetley be back to Salzburg and will not look for any other accommodation, except this hotel to stay with my family!!

Luxury, warm, cosy place with delicious food Lobby is beautifully decorated with pianist playing in the late afternoon Location is perfect as well Staff are very helpful especially Salvador

Highly recommended!

Second time visiting here. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect; just a short walk from all the main attractions, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and there was no constructionand the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

I will stay again if visit Salzburg.

The location is good. Close to main station, just 12 minutes wallk even though with big luggages. Also close the river. 10 minutes walk. The breakfast is very good. The staff are polite and helpful. The bath room has heating on the floor. It is a bonus in cold weather. Room is big enough for 2 people with 2 big luggages. Salzburg is good place to Hallsatt and Königssee.

Had a comfortable stay but expected more for the price we paid

The rooms were very big and had ample space for movement. Housekeeping was excellent and were very quick with their service.

For the rate and it being a five star property, the cost was definitely not worth it. The hotel is quite run down and needs a proper renovation. The bathrooms were also outdated. The breakfast was decent as the buffet was not that vast. It had everything you basically would need but things like fresh juice (juice was canned) , fresh fruit variety were not available. The coffee was also very average. The location was good for certain activities but it was quite a distance from the city center.

Nice hotel close to the main train station across Mirabel Palace/Gardens.

The hotel lobby and amentities around were good. The staff were accomodative about food we requested be stored in the freezer which was really nice.

The room was way too pricey for what it offered. There was not enough room to move around with the extra bed for 3 people. High room rate didnt include breakfast. Room service wasnt good. We asked for bottled waters multiple times and it never made it to us.

This is a great hotel with spacious rooms and a prime location

It is a perfect location because it is right next to the Mirabelle Gardens and just a short walk from the historic Old Town. The room was very spacious and impeccably clean. This is a great hotel with spacious rooms and a prime location. If you're planning a stay soon, I recommend calling ahead to check on the construction status or requesting a room away from the construction area.

Construction is going on right now, and the hotel gym and spa are currently unavailable. As an alternative, there's a nearby fitness facility (FitINN) that offers day passes for €20. It would be nice if they could give guests some kind of voucher to a nearby fitness facility. We paid €40 additional just to work out somewhere else. Or at least waive the parking fee of €30 for the inconvenience.

The perfect location and best value for money for a 5-star stay in Mozart's town

I liked the fact that the hotel was located not far from the old town and its magnificent sites. The room suited me perfectly. The bathroom was functional and comfortable. The bar is nice, as is the Mirabelle restaurant, which offers quality local cuisine. The parking lot is easily accessible from the rooms via the elevator. Many thanks to the housekeeping team for their responsiveness to my requests.

Access to internet was quite tricky.

Breakfast excellent but ludicrously expensive. Only ate here one day out of 5 because of it.

Extraordinary!

Amazing room. Turn down service was such a nice touch. Executive lounge was beyond expectations. Absolutely loved it and the terrace there. Service there and everywhere was wonderful!

Only issue was the coffee at breakfast.. really would have preferred a large vat, or waiter service. The one cup at a time thing via a machine was not great, and really took away from enjoying breakfast.

An enjoyable stay

Excellent service level by the staff in all areas of the hotel - very friendly and helpful ! High quality room and interior decor of the hotel. A very good bar and restaurant - for meals or to just lounge and have a drink in the evenings. Both indoor and outdoor seating possible . Location is great - just a 15 minute walk from the town center.

Almost no TV channels in English - this needs to be addressed by management if they would like to attract international tourists. Not much of a view from the hotel room window.
