A hotel that gets everything right.

The room was clean, warm and well equipped. On arrival we were greeted by incredible staff and it felt more like returning to see old friends than checking into a hotel. The location is a short walk from the main square and close to bus stops. The breakfast was really good and the free afternoon cakes were a welcome treat after a morning out shopping.

A lovely hotel with lovely staff

Beyond the front doors lies a gem and I wish we could have stayed longer. The staff welcomed us with complimentary drinks and then took us to our rooms. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet and the bathrooms are well equipped. Breakfast was included which was lovely and when we checked out they gave us some biscuits which we enjoyed on the train to our next location. Every staff member we dealt with was delightful.

There could have been kettle or coffee machine in the room,,as we’d like to have hot drinks in the evening before bed.we expect this as it’s a modern hotel but we’re so surprised there’s none..and room temperature set to heating..It’s not even winter yet,,or cold..had to open the window most of the time.

Excellent stay in this stylish, comfortable boutique hotel!

Large, comfortable room very close to the old town, major attractions and shopping. Beautiful contemporary decor, lived up to the « Designhotel » label. Excellent breakfast.

Just one suggestion for improvement - our room was quite warm, with no way to control the temperature. We had to keep the windows open.

Everything was perfect! Perfect location, all the staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating, the room was spacious, and had a great view of old town from the balcony. I want to thank Vivienne and the staff for making such a great experience!! We will certainly stay here again!!

Fantastic hotel for a vacation for 2 to Salzburg!!

Highly recommend this hotel for those visiting Salzburg! The location is excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They greeted us with a complimentary drink, provided fresh (free) baked treats in the afternoon and were willing to store our luggage our last day. They gave great site seeing advice and city tickets. The breakfast buffet that was included was phenomenal!!

If you are driving to the hotel , you have to park offsite -for a fee and around a 5 minute walk. They do have a loading area near the hotel where you can offload your luggage before parking. They send details before you arrive.

Perfect stay in Salzburg

Everything was excellent. The hotel is well located, a short journey from the train station and easy to reach all areas of the city (you receive a transport voucher giving you free public transport within the Salzburg region for the duration of your stay). The staff were very friendly, and kindly gave us a welcome drink when we arrived, allowed us an early check in and left us biscuits in our room. The room was really comfortable and tastefully decorated. There was an excellent selection at breakfast and you can get free espresso from the bar all day. Lots of little touches make for a lovely stay!

We loved our entire experience here and appreciated the thoughtfulness of the staff throughout! They were extremely helpful, sent mobility passes even before we got there that we could use to get around the city, left some sweets for us as a welcome gift and generally were available for guidance whenever needed. Such a lovely place right near old town Salzburg and beautiful and comfortable rooms.

Perfect!

We lived most every thing about our stay. The staff was excellent, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great. Our room could have been a tad larger (maybe an extra 5 feet on one side of the bed but that was negated by the welcome drinks, the afternoon sweets and the little gift upon leaving. The location was fantastic. I don’t know what else to stay other than if our travels ever bring us back to Salzburg, this is where we will be!

Ample buffet breakfast, great location. Very close to the Altstadt area with shops and restaurants. Lovely welcome on arrival with offer of a warm drink.

Some areas of the property are dark but automatic lighting helps. Perhaps to enhance a cozy feel. A little confusing for taxi drop off due to bus stop lane right in front of entrance.

The location was superb, very central and close to amenities. The bus and tram stop were right outside the hotel. Breakfast was everything we could wish for, freshly cooked eggs every morning. And the room was so lovely and clean. The staff were always friendly and helpful, we would definitely stay at this hotel again if we were in Salzburg.
