Great location, wonderful staff, and amazing breakfast. We had a double room and our bed was super comfortable and cozy. Another plus was they let us check in about 2 hours early.

I would have liked a small refrigerator in our room to store some of the cheese and wine we bought at the market.

The staff were friendly and professional and did a great job responding to our needs. The breakfast was excellent, and so was the location, right off one of the main plazas. The room we ultimately got was large and comfortable and had decorated wooden beams probably from the Middle Ages.

The room we had booked turned out to be probably the cheapest one they had. It was on the 6th floor, but the elevator went up to only the 5th floor, which could be a problem for some people. It was small and cramped and had low ceilings and small windows. But it turned out that we discovered the shower drain was clogged when my wife took a shower and water flooded about half the room. When we reported it to the staff, they immediately dried up the water and gave us a much larger, more comfortable room, which was clearly an upgrade. We were very happy with this room. The one piece of advice we'd give others would be not to book a room on th top floor. Don't go for the cheapest room!

Very dark. No coffee machine and mini refrigerator, For a 4 star hotel these items should be available in rooms. Hospitality was terrible, did not feel welcomed…
