A lovely stay (which is something considering we had no luggage!)

This hotel is incredibly well located in the heart of the old town. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our luggage had been lost en route from Australia and the proprietor kindly assisted us in making calls to the airline and airport to locate it. Breakfasts are also delicious!

If you visit Salzburg this hotel is highly recommended. Room was great, breakfast was great, staff was really helpful, bed was comfortable.

Wonderful little gem with personalized service in a great location

This is a beautiful little boutique hotel located right in the centre of where it all happens but in a quiet street where you don’t hear a thing. Located just 15m off the main plaza where the main Christmas markets are located. It is close to the bus stops and the bridge to cross to the other side. The staff were very friendly and assisted with everything the we asked about including recommendations for our special 30th anniversary dinner. And it was spot on. Definitely a place to recommend to others and come back to.

Everything was wonderful. I think that breakfast could be included in the price and more spare i poo lows for those like me who don’t like flat pillows.

Good location, poor staff, and the worst situation and being kicked out of our room when we had a confirmed reservation

The hotel is conveniently located with in the old city

Very challenging to navigate to parking, especially with luggage. The language barrier was a considerable challenge and the codes to remove. The barriers was extremely difficult to master. Most importantly, the hotel forced us to leave in the middle of our stay based on their error of overbooking - they basically ruined one of our travel days because we had to pack up and move in the middle of the day

A perfect location to enjoy Salzburg with friendly, helpful and excellent staff.

Wonderful location in the heart of the old city. Close to all the Salzburg sites but on a very quiet street. We were extremely pleased with the hotel, our room and the location. And the staff was fantastic. We would stay here again!!

Everything was great

The accommodation is in a great location, right in the city center! It’s clean and comfortable. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helped me with everything I needed. Highly recommended! I would be happy to stay here again :)

The location was excellent. Right in the center of the old city. Walking distance to everything. It was helpful to have parking available nearby, as well.

Pretty pricey for a small room and breakfast was extra. Breakfast was excellent, but it would be nice to have that included with price.

Unbeatable location in a quaint historic building

Location was a 10! In the Old Part of Salzburg, on Goldgasse steps from the Residenzplatz. Could walk to everything. Five minutes from Hohensalzburg fortress. Attentive service, delicious breakfast.

Bathroom door could use some updating. Hardware came off but was easily reinserted and the door allowed light through which was a bit inconvenient being so close to the bed. We were on the 6th floor which required walking up from one level — elevator stopped @ 5th floor. No problem for us but could be for those with mobility issues or extra large luggage.

Quant understated elegance.

Location,was amazing. Next to the main square and all the cafes and shopping. It was really a very charming along with an excellent breakfast. You cannot go wrong 10 all the way. We will be back soon. I don’t want to forget the staff, they were outstanding and made our stay special. The day manager really went out of his way to make sure everything was to our liking. Thank you!!!

Clean hotel convenient to all the things!

This boutique hotel is located in historic old town. The area is easily walkable to several restaurants and stores. The bed was comfortable and the room is average size for Europe. The room was very clean. The check in and check out process was easy. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. We were able to store our bags after check out, in order to enjoy the city a little longer before leaving. We drove to Salzburg and parked in the parking garage. It was about a 12 minute walk to the hotel. I had a great stay here while visiting Salzburg.

The room size is very suitable.. The bathroom has all facilities with nice and fresh towels.. The location is great in the middle of all shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place.
