Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist mir das sympathische Personal am Empfang. Sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Preis Leistung ist absolut unschlagbar, unbegrenzter Thermen Eintritt für den kompletten Aufenthalt, selbst nach dem checkout, sowie die Gastein card mit welcher man zum Beispiel vergünstigt von A nach B reisen konnte. Insgesamt ein toller Ort für Entspannung und sportliche Aktivitäten.
Online check in und check out ist leider nur mit Kreditkarte möglich, vielleicht könnte man hier auch Paypal zusätzlich anbieten. Ebenfalls für Verwirrung, hat die Parkplatz Situation gesorgt. Hier könnte man die Gäste evtl im Vorfeld informieren, wie man in die parkgarage gelangt und dass man für diese einen Schlüssel braucht welcher am Empfang zu holen ist.

Super toller Aufenthalt, war 3 Nächte hier und muss wirklich sagen, es hat alles übertroffen - Benny ist der Wahnsinn, was für ein netter Chef des Hauses 😄 Das Frühstück, das Zimmer, die Bar, einfach alles passt hier und hier wird das Motto "Der Kunde ist König" wirklich groß geschrieben. Hier fühlt man sich zuhause 😊 komme gerne wieder! P.s der Tiki Fackel Cocktail war der Wahnsinn 🍸😎🔥
