Lovely place

Cozy hotel in the middle of the city center with a very pleasant atmosphere and beautiful decoration. Very nice owner, smiling all the time. Helpful staff, great breakfast. Also our small dog was welcome. The hotel is very pet friendly. We rate everything as excellent and wish this lovely hotel luck and other satisfied visitors.

Gemütlichkeit in herzlicher Atmosphäre inmitten toller Landschaft

Sehr hübsch im alpinen Stil eingerichtet. Bett sehr bequem und die Fußbodenheizung im Bad im Winter ein Traum! Das Personal ist herzlich und hilfsbereit, Manager Benny sehr engagiert. Kleines, aber feines Frühstück. Toll, dass man in der hauseigenen Bar abends bequem etwas trinken kann. Der Eintritt in die Therme in Bad Hofgastein ist im Zimmerpreis mit drin und man erhält Leih-Bademäntel und Schlappen in einer Tasche: perfekt!!

Das GRETI ist recht neu eröffnet und wies noch ein paar Kinderkrankheiten auf: Die Zimmerreinigung hat leider überhaupt nicht geklappt (zweimal in 9 Tagen fand ich dann doch zu wenig!), die TV Programme müssen dringend eingestellt werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war an zwei Tagen um 9 Uhr quasi leergegessen. Aber das wird sich bestimmt alles noch einspielen...

Świetna lokalizacja, przemiła obsługa, smaczne śniadania, choć mało różnorodne, hotel bardzo klimatyczny.

Pokoje są sprzątane co 2 dni i polega to na tym, że zaścielono łóżka. Pozostawiona w umywalce szklanki nie była wymienione czy umyte, ręczniki nie wymienione, papier nie uzupełniony. Grzejnik bez możliwości regulacji, w pokoju dosłownie sauna, mimo zgłoszenia nic z tym nie zrobiono, zawór nie reagował. Hotel nie jest tani, więc za taką stawkę dziennie chciałabym mieć papier w toalecie i czyste ręczniki. Na śniadanie dostaje się jeden talerz i zero wymiany na czysty, więc na tym samym jajecznicę i ciasto… trzeba konsumować. Te oszczędności są pod przykrywką dbałości o środowisko.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber! Das Zimmer + Bad war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Tolles Frühstück und exzellenter Service. Das Hotel liegt sehr schön im Herzen von Bad Hofgastein, der Ortskern und die Therme sind problemlos fußläufig zu erreichen.

Das Parken war etwas umständlich.

Wohlfühlen mit Alpenflair in einem wunderschönen Ski Ort

Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren komplett neu und wir haben sehr gut in den Betten geschlafen. Im SPA Bereich konnte man sich super erholen. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit der Kaffeebar hat uns ebenso sehr gefallen. Das Hotel ist mitten im Ort sodass man alles gut erreicht. Bad Hofgastein selbst ist ein Ort wie man ihn sich für seinen Ski Urlaub wünscht. Im GRETI findet man in allen Ecken sehr viel Charakter wo man direktes Alpen und Österreichflair bekommt. Wir hatten sehr gutes Wetter. Wäre das nicht der Fall wäre auch noch die Alpentherme inklusive welche uns gefallen hat, es aber nur für eine kurzen besuch gereicht hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Ski Keller war etwas klein. Hat aber alles in allem gepasst.

Perfekter Aufenthalt. Preis / Leistung TOP!

Wir haben selten ein Hotel mit so freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal gesehen. Wir hatten das Glück die allererste Nacht in diesem Zimmer zu verbringen und es hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Frühstück / Lage / Sauberkeit war perfekt

Einziges Manko war die Parksituation, ansonsten nix auszusetzen.
