The best was pool, big room, breakfast and nice people.
The Beds were quite soft, diner was not so perfect. There weren’t any chicken meat in all 4 days.

Very pleasant stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The spa area was excellent – calm, clean, and perfect for relaxation. Dinner at the restaurant was very tasty and high quality, and the breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. This was already our fourth time staying here, which truly shows the consistently high quality. We definitely recommend this place and would be happy to return again!

We liked the traditional decor inside the hotel. We also liked wellness part of the complex.
The food choice and diversity was poor.
Not enough crucial information from the reception desk (which table is ours during dinner/ breakfast or do they have an extra room for the ski boots. We also did not know that this room can be entered from the outside parking lot). It would have been nice if we had recieved this information in advance from the reception desk during the check in, instead of having to figure everything out on our own.
Furthermore, we also noticed that water glasses in the room were not clean.
