Comfortable and welcoming property, but away from

Very nice room, with balcony and nice view. Very nice breakfast. Very personable and helpful staff. Good location in quiet residential neighborhood - good for me to take the train from Bockstein, but a much longer walk to main town of Bad Gastein, and almost no services in neighborhood.

Room was nice and you did get to choose how you would like your eggs in breakfast. Hotel was pretty close to town, maybe 10-15min walk away. Really quiet place in the evening.

Attentive & friendly staff, great location, and top notch views!

The breakfast was nice with numerous options and the staff is incredibly friendly. I was amazed at how they went above and beyond to ensure we had a really pleasant stay.

Best place to stay in the area

Hotel has great location. Hosts and all the staff members are very friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness is spotless. Rooms are big, beds are comfy. Breakfast is more than sufficient. Even if you like to spend day or two not skiing you have options: Therme (10 min), walk in the nature, easy trip to Salzburg (train station 15 min away).

Walls are relatively thin, so you can hear well what happens in the corridors. But at night it was silent, so no troubles due to noise.

Licht und Schatten

Super waren die Zimmer, die Kommunikation war auch sehr gut (zumindest wenn man gut Englisch kann).

Weniger gefallen hat uns die Qualität des Abendessens (lauwarme Käsespätzle mit viel zu viel Billigröstzwiebel ..) und das (aus welchem Grund auch immer??) in der Früh nur ein Teil des Frühstückraums mit Licht erhellt wird, man also unweigerlich im Dunkel sitzt, wenn man nicht bei den Frühaufstehern dabei ist. Wenn schon traditionelle Küche.. dann bitte das ausländische (und sehr bemühte) Personal drauf einschulen, wie es richtig sein muss.

Perfekt für ein Ski-Wochenende

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal äußerst freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Zimmer sind ein wenig hellhörig und wir sind Nachts ein paar Mal durch die anderen Gäste wach geworden die vom Après Ski heimkamen

Wir kommen jederzeit wieder!

Wir haben uns zwar schon auf ein schönes Hotel eingestellt, aber als wir das Familienzimmer betreten haben, hat es sich nach 5* angefühlt! Alles neu, supersauber, unglaublich hilfsbereites, kompetentes, freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Da sind wirklich motivierte und kluge Menschen am Werk, denen es Freude bereitet, einen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, wo man sich einerseits schnell wie zu Hause fühlt und andererseits den Komfort des wunderschönen, liebevollen Hotels genießt!

Modernes Familienzimmer mit Top-Ausstattung und hochwertigem Frühstück.

Zimmer im 3.OG neu renoviert vor 7 Monaten. Neue & moderne Möblierung. Zimmer mit Doppelbett, 2 Einzelbetten und großer Schlafcouch ausgestattet, perfekt für Familie mit mehr als 2 Kindern. Ebenerdige Dusche mit Rainshower. Frühstücksraum in angenehmem & modernem Ambiente. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet teilweise mit Bio-Produkten, reichlich Obst & Gemüse. Frisch zubereitete Frühstücks- oder Spiegeleier, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

Aufzug nur in Mittelstockwerken, eher nicht geeignet für Personen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen.

Ein schönes Frühstücksbuffet mit allem, was der Mensch so braucht. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, großes Eckzimmer mit einem riesigen Balkon in zwei Richtungen. Bergblick auf jeder Seite. Bei der Buchung aufpassen, das große Zimmer ist ein Extra! In 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man die Schafflinger Alm. Dort kann man in gemütlich-kuschligem Ambiente ganz wundervoll Abendessen!!!!

Nur der Regen, ansonsten alles prima!

Idealne miejsce na pobyt z psem dla górskich podróży.

Duży plus za możliwość pobytu z psem, kosztowało to 20 euro za cały pobyt. Miejmy nadzieje że to się nie zmieni, chętnie wrócimy w przyszłym roku. Po drugie obsługa jest bardzo miła, hotel jest czysty, trochę drogi za noc, ale wynagradza malowniczą lokalizacją która również umożliwia zwiedzanie bez użycia samochodu, co jest bardzo ważne dla osób które na przykład przyjeżdżają z północy europy, aby można było sobie trochę odpocząć po podróży od prowadzenia auta. Defacto pierwsze kilka dni nie musieliśmy go używać. Mam nadzieję tylko że nie trafią się jacyś nieopaczni właściciele psów i przez to właściciele hotelu nie zmienią zdania odnośnie polityki przyjeżdżania z nimi.

Śniadania mogłyby być trochę mniej monotonne - mogłyby się zmieniać chociaż co 2 dni. Brak lodówki - na szczęście samochodowa działa w zwykłym kontakcie.

Sehr schöne, neu renovierte Zimmer. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und bemüht. Das Frühstück hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Alles ist in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Fin övernattning i nytt modernt rum.

Väldigt fint rum, kändes helt nytt. Modern snygg design. Trevlig personal.

Opraktiskt med takfönster utan gardin. Blir väldigt ljust på tidig morgon (på sommaren). Bra TV i båda rummen, men de var inte inkopplade, så ta med HDMI kabel.
