What an amazing place! The staff not only at the Club Alpenresidenz, but in the whole city, were SO friendly and welcoming! The apartment was incredible… extremely prepared! Everything we needed hat there, even chocolate powder to do some hot chocolate. The offered products were INCREDIBLE! Shampoo, conditioner and body wash smelled so good. Bensimon you rock! The location was also great. You can be at the ski lifts in 3-5 minutes by car and we got 10% discount on the ski rental (ski lederer), because they have some partnership with the hotel. Resuming I would totally recommend to stay at Alpenresidenz and visit Bad gastein!

That was good place for stay for a night.

It was a cozy bungalow with good equipment for a night's stay.

The beds were so narrow. For each change in the position, we have woken up! The shared bathroom had no heating system now. But the morning before check out was not so warm for showering.

We had a great stay here.The people were extremely kind and welcoming.They gave us a lot of useful information.They smiled all the time.Keep doing an excellent job in the hospitality industry, amazing people! You went the extra mile to make us feel welcome!The apartment is very spacious and clean and is close to all the landmarks.

Ok, but a bit worn out room

Ok location, ok room in terms of size and facilities. Nice view from the bedroom window. Not super clean but good enough as we're no very fussy. . Ok bed, ok kitchen (fridge, cooking plate, kettle, coffee maker, no microwave or oven which was fine by us).

Our deluxe room with balcony (303) had quite a bit of wear and tear, as well large stains on the furniture. Balcony was shared with the neighbours and was very close to a road with traffic noise, so not really a place to sit and relax outside. We also got some cigarette smell in the room sometimes, not sure from where, but not from outside as the windows were closed. We did not meet any personnel during our 3 night stay and the room was not cleaned. Not a big problem for us, as it was only 3 nights (there was a sign downstairs saying that personnel is available daily between 8-10 am, but we both arrived and left outside of these hours).

Nice friendly manager but regarding facilities room for improvement

Bed and sauna.

No closets or hooks. Located in a ski resort the Alpenresident could consider what makes sense for skiers to a higher degree such as closets and hooks. Ski lockers and heaters for ski boots could also be installed!

Fantastic stop through Bad Gastein

Magdalena was incredibly accommodating and a very kind host. We appreciate the location, the value and the overall vibe of the hotel. It’s super nice!

Our upstairs neighbours were incredibly loud and this spoiled our sleep a little bit. But, this is not something the hotel can necessarily control, it was just unfortunate.

Very clean rooms and well located . The city is nice and as nice restuarnts. The room is big and very comfortable. There r 2 bathroom in the apa. We stayed.

Superb

The room and bedroom are amazing. Super comfortabel bed and couch and a huge tv. The room was spacious enough for our family to stay in for a few days. The kitchen was small but complete. If you are a creative cook you can make simple meals. The bathroom and toilet where fine but can use an upgrade to match the modern appartment. Mayb it is allready the plan for the future i did not ask. And we would love to have more wall sockets in the bedroom. Absolutely a super appartment and very very nice owners!

The location is terrific. The views in our deluxe apartment were spectacular and the sauna was an unexpected bonus. The hotel manager was very friendly and responsive to our requests for an early check-in and a late check-out. A+ for hospitality!
