Amazing, absolutely worth it.

The staff, especially the owner, were extremely helpful and cheerful. We couldn’t hope for a better treatment in terms of hospitality, utilities (coffee, bedding) and WiFi. The owner recommended us some amazing restaurants, all of which lived up to his opinion. Skiing in Bad Gastein is also amazing.

It’s a bit hard to get to, but worth it.

Cool & cozy place!

The place itself, the big appartment and the great familly that runs it. They are great.

Not really about liking it or not, but if it snows and you come in a car that is not 4x4 be cautios when going up to the parking :) It's not this hotel; this is how the whole resort is in that valley.

Super cute hotel with amazing hosts! Will definitely come back!

The rooms were very spacious, beautifully decorated and fully equipped so a family could prepare meals and eat comfortably. Also they were very smartly designed making the stay very good! The common room was spacious and cosy making it a very pleasant place to sit also accommodating a big group. Breakfast was also very good! The location of the hotel is super offering many options for food in walking distance. What is most important of all were the owners Calle and Ullis who were super friendly and helpful which elevated our stay. They have put their heart in building this hotel and it really shows! We loved staying here and will definitely come back again!

Comfortable stay, close to everything and yet calm, pet friendly

Practically equipped, tastefully renovated accommodation with a Scandinavian touch. Great location to explore the town or begin a hike. The host was kind and welcoming. We would not hesitate to come back! :) PS: the access road is a bit narrow, but drivable, just take it slow and follow the instructions that you'll receive :)

Very pleasant stay at the Lodge.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Lodge. The apartment at the 4th floor was very nice with a beautiful view. On walk distance to the village Bad Gastein. You have to climb in the village but it’s a nice area with a waterfall in the middle of the town. From the Lodge you are able to hike and bike in the area.

Amazing hosts in a beautiful, new and clean hotel. Great summer location for hikes and activities in the mountains.

We had such a pleasant stay at the lodge. The hotel is beautifully renovated, very stylish and high level of comfort. The owners Kalle and Ulrika made us feel so welcome and are amazing hosts. Everything we asked for, they made possible, including requests for the kids and good recommendations for things to do in the surrounding area. The apartment was well equipped and clean. Our boys enjoyed hanging out on the terrace, playing games and exploring the mountains.

everything was absolutely amazing - a quiet place, but close to the center, the apartment and the whole hotel are newly furnished, the kitchen has enough equipment, there is a charming view from the balcony to the mountains, the hosts are very friendly and helpful, nothing is problem - even i dog and baby are welcome. thanks for your care and hope to see you again. :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lodge. The hosts Calle and Ullis are very friendly, interested in the guests, recommend attractions and really try to make the stay enjoyable. The furnishings of the apartments are just like the photos - very tasteful, modern, cozy. In our 1 bedroom apartment there was a large comfortable bed, two wardrobes and an ample sofa bed. The apartment was clean and fragrant, lovely fluffy towels and toiletries provided. Kitchenette equipped for small cooking, appreciate the nespresso coffee machine. The aparthotel is on a quiet promenade, with parking right next to the hotel, and the city centre 2 minutes away. The room has a nice view of the valley. Definitely won't be our last stay here, next stay will definitely be at The Lodge as well.

Skøn skiferie i Bad Gastein

En super god stemning på hotellet og vi blev taget godt i mod af Kalle. Lejligheden var fint indrettet. Ikke stor men med alt hvad vi skulle bruge. Sengene var rigtig gode. Sovesofaen fungerede rigtig fint og virkede som en behagelig seng.

Det eneste lille minus var terrænet ned til skibussen, som var lidt udfordrende med skiudstyr. Men dog ikke værre end det godt kunne lade sig gøre.

Fantastisk personal och ägare ❤️ Engagerande och omhändertagande ❤️ Jag har sällan sett en personal som gillar att ta ett snack om bra backar och bra after-ski ställen. Fem stjärnor av fem möjliga ❤️ Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka!!!

Fantastische locatie en heerlijk appartement met waanzinnig mooi uitzicht!

De locatie was fantastisch. Je loopt in 10 minuten naar het centrum over de promenade! Mooi uitzicht, mooie kamer, alle voorzieningen zijn top geregeld!

Een iets dikker dekbed was lekker geweest (met het raam open slapen heeft onze voorkeur, dan wil je graag een iets dikker dekbed of een deken extra). En we misten een schaar in het appartement.

Värdarna var trevliga. Jättegod frukost, med nylagade scrambled eggs. Det kändes mycket familjärt.

Lite utmanande att komma till och från parkeringen men Bad Gastein är ju kuperat då det var ingen överraskning.

Gasteins Imperiales Revival in einem cosy Appartement

Wir sind am späteren Nachmittag bei strömenden Regen angekommen. Der Besitzer Calle hat uns schon erwartet, uns in das Zimmer geführt und uns alles erklärt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das wunderschöne Design und die Funktionalität. Steckdosen und Kleiderhaken befinden sich dort, wo man sie braucht. Es sind unglaublich viele Schränke und Kästen um Dinge unterzubringen und aufzuhängen. Calle und Ullis sind Herzenshosts, man merkt ihnen an, dass sie das was sie tun lieben. Das Frühstück mit Liebe zubereitet - ohne dabei verschwenderisch zu sein :)

Das Wetter hatte es mit uns nicht so gut gemeint, dennoch ist Gastein eine Entdeckungsreise wert. Dieser Ort hat eine unglaubliche Renaissance hingelegt, die ihres Gleichen sucht. Der Straßenzustand hat halt Abschnittsweise noch etwas Aufholbedarf.
