Just don’t.

The restaurant manager (German) was nice and capable. Sad enough, she was the only one nice and capable.

The receptionists were mouthy, unhelpful and arrogant. They did not give us the feeling of being welcome at all. The staff at the restaurant (exception the manager) wasn’t capable of handling the guest (it was far away from being fully booked). The buffet was of bad quality, even so we came first (due to the kids being hungry). The windows in the pool and Spa area were so dirty you couldn’t look through them in some cases. The entire stay was not only a waste of money, but also a waste of energy, being treated unfriendly and arrogantly.

Stunning views, delightful hotel, warm and friendly staff…

The staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. The traditional décor gives you a real feel of the Austrian alps and the bar is a great place to sit and admire the view, which is stunning. Our apartment was huge with a balcony and glorious views and had absolutely everything you’d be likely to need . Breakfast was generous, served in a lovely environment, again with splendid views. The pool and jacuzzi were brilliant. We had a marvellous stay and hope to return. Thank you to all the staff who made us so welcome.

Just delightful

Beautiful location and views. Apartment had everything that one might need for a comfortable stay. Buffet was delicious and very generous. Spa was a great bonus. I just wish we stayed a little longer.

View, cleanliness, wellness, area around, town, clean air, mountains. Slippers with bathrobe was nice standard. Good value for money in pre-season!

Facilities in our property were rather old fashioned, however clean. Lamp in the garderobe was shining all the night - close sensor was not properly mounted. Afterwards we tell issue hotel reception within checkout.

Exceptional

We were completely off-season. But this location is gorgeous. The rooms were huge and amazing. A very comfortable stay. The hotel had lots of great activities and you could even go bowling there.

We were surprised the one rainy day we went to use the pool and sauna that the sauna was closed until 15h and the pool wasn't heated as it said.

The Bellevue experience

Service was expetional. It was easy to check-in and checkout. They took their time to give us in depth information about the region and even a little goodie bag when we left. Really stellar service! The facilities were amazing. We loved the whirl pool and swimming area - you can see the mountain from the pool. Our room had unique furniture and very comfy beds! We were really relaxed after our stay. Price was also good and everything was exceptionally clean!

Nice hotel. Had buffet dinner, not to our liking, but others appeared to enjoy. Great pool and spa area. Breakfast nice. Car park was a bit awkward to get 6 at least one was available.

location was good, hotel was clean. i had a delivery before i come to hotel. They keep it and give me. That was helpfull. Thanks a lot for that.

all hotels are near, mondi was a bit expensive. it does not matter the hotel book near. The reception told me there is a free shuttle to ski area anytime. İn the morning i asked the personel for the shuttle. They said to me that i can walk. İt was annoying. And in the room there was no water, no coffee nothing to drink or eat!
