This is our second visit and it was even better than our first. The staff here are amazing! So friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Our receptionist from Croatia was so kind and helpful - and funny! ( so sorry - we’ve not remembered your name ! We hope you had a good break). I am very grateful to Tanya and the wonderful hotel ethos for sorting a problem that I hadn’t even noticed! We love the spa and the relaxing bar. Such a lovely, friendly barman and we very much appreciated the piano evening. Food was varied and of a good standard . We loved the Panorama Apartment with the bonus of a balcony looking over the town and the beautiful soaring mountains.

A superb hotel in a great location. The area was recommended by a friend. We were amazed by the facilities (rooms, swimming pool, EV charger, ski slopes). The breakfast was 😊 We are planning to come back for more.
