Great position

I loved the location and the bed was so comfortable Marc on the front desk was very helpful in regard to getting my clothes ironed : ( no iron available ) Access to the gastein card was very helpful

No fridge to put cold drinks in Had to pay 3.5 euro for a cup of tea as no tea and coffee making facilities in the room

Not worth it

Nice, quiet and remote location. Friendly restaurant staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms and surroundings.

Very worn out rooms, very bed smell in one of the rooms and the hotel tried to mask it by 'welcoming' us with the windows open despite zero degrees outside. Poor sound isolation between rooms, as I woke up every night when the guests staying above/ on the side of my room were flushing the toilet. Very poor value for money.

Great hotel in a perfect location

Very friendly atmosphere in the hotel, we felt at home there. Great value for the price paid. Spacious and clean rooms, great breakfast, beautiful location and very good service. There was really nothing they could do better.

Superb

Great location - cross-country tracks are literally outside of the hotel, also skiing slopes were easily reachable by bus or car. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms.

Bathroom could have more shelves to put things down. Sauna could have been included in the price.

Exceptional

The hotel was located in a beautiful area with water all around. Pedestrian path are near the water and we walked for several kilometers and enjoyed the time.

More variety of dishes for dinner will be apprecieated

Good value for money, nothing exceptional besides from the nice staff.

The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was fine. I liked the fact that I could hear the waterfalls in the room :-)

The room was OK but the whole architecture of the building lacks a bit of charm. Dinner quality was poor in my view -- but there are good alternatives around.

Good

The location.

Breakfast was served from 7:30-930am. I am not an early riser and when we came down to breakfast at 9:00am most of the breakfast foods were gone and not replaced. This was mentioned to the staff and we were told to come down earlier. If breakfast is served until 9:30 replacements need to be made for guests arriving between 9:00 and 9:30 or change the time breakfast is served not advertising a 2 hr. window to eat breakfast.

Ein sehr nettes Hotel, wo man sich wohlfühlt.

Sehr nette slowakische Gastgeber und Personal/Bedienung sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Große Auswahl an Frühstück und Abendessen. Für ein 3*Hotel wirklich empfehlenswert. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, mit großem Parkplatz.

Da gibt es nichts zu sagen, außer dass es bei der Ankunft und die Tage darauf im Stock ober mir Bauarbeiten aufgrund eines Gebrechens gegeben hat. Der Gastgeber hat aber dafür gesorgt, dass ich abends Ruhe habe.

Rodinna atmosféra

Hned první milé překvapení při příjezdu bylo, že veškerý personál je slovensky hovořící. Přijeli jsme až kolem 22 hodiny, a přesto že check-in byl uvedený do 21:00, nebyl to problém a byli jsme mile uvítáni. Pozitivem je velké parkoviště, možnost nabití elektroauta, prostorná lyžárna. Krásná voňavá sauna. Opravdu moc pohodlné postele a matrace. Jídlo dostačující. Hotel je v trošku odlehlé lokalitě, ale autobusy zastavují kousek od hotelu a rozvezou vás po akiareálech na obě strany. Krásné procházky a tůry v okolí. Veškeré nedostatky ( možná ani nelze brát jako nedostatky), které uvádím, byly zanedbatelné, protože rodinná atmosféra a vstřícnost veškerého personálu od recepčních, uklízeček, obsluhy v restauraci vše vykompenzovala. Cítili jsme se tam opravdu krásně. ☺️

Máme raději bufetový systém večeří, spíše než servírované. Prodloužili bychom čas snídaní a večeří. Voda ve sprše měla slabší proud a ukočírovat teplotu byla výzva 🤭

Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, die Vorteile eines Hotels aber nicht missen möchte, ist hier richtig.

Ruhige Lage mit Blick auf Berge und ins Tal, gute Verkehrsanbindung, Bushaltestelle nach Sport Gastein und Bad Gastein in der Nähe. Ideal für Wanderer die Gebiete suchen, die abseits von Bergbahnen und Trubel sind. Frühstück bietet auch für Vegetarier ausreichende Auswahl. Man könnte auch zu Abend essen, mehrere Menüs zur Auswahl. Die Einzelzimmer sind klein, aber sehr sauber und mit großem Balkon. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr gepflegt und gut strukturiert.

Auf dem Balkon nur ein Stuhl!!! Ein kleiner Tisch dazu wäre schon angebracht!!!

Empfang, Service, Zimmer, Verpflegung, Individuelle Sauna Möglichkeit

Die Sauna ist super eingerichtet und Brandschutz ist natürlich obligatorisch. Die Sicherheitsmaßnahmen sind unverhältnismäßig im Sinne eines Wellness Feelings - nichts denken nichts außergewöhnliches verantworten müssen. Hier währe eine für den Gast Fehlertolerantere Lösung, die den Brandschutzbestimmungen entspricht, im sinne seines ungestörten Aufenthaltes, viel angenehmer.

Хорошо и неочень

Хорошое расположение отеля. Есть где погулять вечером. Есть места для хронения лыж. Есть приватная сауна, стоит 20 € на 90 мин. Было хорошее меню на новый год, было из чего выбрать, и шампанское в подарок, как и торт. На новый год очень порадовали. Вид со снегом и горами много что кампенсировал.

Завтраки все одинаковые, нет ннекокова разнообразия и выбора совсем нет, ьолька яйца, сосиски и хлеб с мвслом и сыром. Обеда нет. И с ужинам невсе так просто, его нужна заказывать непознее утра. И тут с ужином все однообразно. Нет не чайника, ни стаканчикав в номери, так что попить непредстовлчлось возможности, так как вобще питье любое в номери запрещено, я токое вобще вижу в первое, это очень нехорошо.
