Der Spa Bereich hat uns sehr gefallen, wir hatten allerdings Glück, dass wenige Hotelgäste ihn nutzten. Normal soll er in der Hauptsaison sehr voll sein. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Auf Kundenwünsche wurde eingegangen.
Der kostenlose Bus ins Schigebiet war echt toll. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden, sogar eine E-Ladestation.
Schöner Blick in die Berge.
Das Zimmer war uns etwas zu klein und nordseitig, ganztags keine direkte Sonne.
Das WC ist beengt eingebaut.

Location is good, 5 min from best slopes. Clean and friendly.
Nice spa area but closes earliest I have ever seen a spa closing, at 8pm. While others usually have it by 10pm.
Beddings, pillows and duvet’s could be nicer. Pillows especially, very old falling apart and not comfortable. Especially after a long day skiing. Accomodation should invest in it.
Second, we had a friend from UAE that was supposed to come and unfortunately got stuck with no flights out of the country due to geo political conditions. Only answer for changing the accomodation we received was that he should’ve had an insurance.
I understand it is binding order when you book accomodation but it is not like we chose not to come. So we had the biggest apartment for only 2 people, which considering the fact it was full, they could’ve sold it.i expected some more understanding for unexpected circumstances.
