We liked the friendliness of the staff and their genuine, honest and outgoing nature and at the same time they were not intrusive or too overbearing. Especially Anastasia the hotel manager and the young man on reception from Graz whose name we did not get but both these people are a credit to the hotel and showed us genuine friendly warm welcoming goodwill! We also fell in love with the pool and the view from every angle of the hotel of the beautiful mountains. The breakfast was amazing and tasty with a wide variety of options including champagne breakfast if desired. The breakfast host on our first morning offered us eggs with bacon to order without any difficulty. We requested a balcony and Anastasia duly provided and what a balcony it was with a majestic view of Bad Gastein and the surrounding mountains.

Mountain stay in Bad Gastein

Had a wonderful stay at the Mondi Bellevue Alm Gastein. There was a slight issue with our first room that both of the wonderful Anna’s quickly and without any issue solved. They easily made our trip one of our best stays on our 2 week trip. The food was absolutely delicious and they were very helpful in making sure what I could eat being gluten free. The location is fantastic and it was nice to be higher up in the mountains of Bad Gastein and out of the main part of the city. Thank you Anna’s and Bellevue Alm Gastein staff for a lovely stay!

What an absolute pearl in the mountains of Bad Gastein. A historical Alm with an amazing ambiance, lovely staff and beautiful food. In summertime the Alm is accessible with your car. From the Alm you can go on adventurous hikes towards the Stubkogel mountaintop. We recommend this hotel for families, adventurous and sportive couples, and it's pet-friendly.

Charming, historic property, the kind you would dreamily envision in the Alps. Rustic but very comfortable. On a hiking path overlooking the town. Beautiful views. It would be a long hike uphill from train station (especially with luggage) so property picked me up and took me to train station at end of stay. Wonderful breakfast with homemade jams, honey, spreads.

Don’t know if I just came at the wrong time, but there was almost no info from staff, kind of do it yourself checkin, I happened upon rooftop terrace with fantastic views. Hard to find anyone to ask anything of.

Die Lage der Alm direkt an der Skipiste ist super. Frühstücksbüffet ist Klasse und es werden sehr leckere Eierspeisen in der Küche zubereitet.Das Personal ist super freundlich. Leider gab es vor Weihnachten viele Weihnachtsfeiern und somit war es machmal bis früh um 02:00 etwas laut.Das laute Snowmobil hat das Personal oder die Gäste ins Tal gefahren

Wäre Klasse wenn die Alm nur bis 23:00 geöffnet hätte..manchmal war es recht laut weil die letzten um 02:00 früh mit dem lauten Snowmobil ins Tal gefahren wurden

Eine wunderschöne, einmalige Unterkunft mitten in den Bergen. Sehr gemütlich und super nettes Personal mit leckeren Gerichten und Getränken im Angebot. Die Fahrt mit dem Sessellift ist einmalig und sehr erlebenswert :-)

Urig,schöne Aussichten und sehr nettes Personal mit gepflegen Zimmern.

Wir sind wieder gut und heil zuhause angekommen, aber die Lage (Morgens direkt die Berge zu sehen) war echt beeindruckend:-) Frühstück war gut , es gab auch Extra Tee und Eier nach Wunsch*TOP Wetter war net so doll , aber Hat ja mit der Unterkunft nichts zu beeinflussen. Im Haupthotel konnte man auch Abends lecker Essen oder Billard,Dart oder Kegeln*

Die Zufahrt zur Alm, müsste man etwas begraden, vorallem an den Wasserrillen* Wetter das Wertter besser wäre ,dann ist es ein schöner Ort zum Erholen!!!

Hatten wunderschöne Tage !

Tolles Personal … super Frühstück… super Abendessen. Wir fühlten uns mit unseren kleinen Hund „pudelwohl“ !!! Anfahrt ist steil aber ok. Zu Fuss etwa 30min von Bad Gastein ….man sollte doch ein bisschen fit sein. Es gibt aber ein Shuttle wenn man das Auto mal stehen lassen möchte und was trinken geht….alles in allem ein wunderschönes Platzerl…

4 nuits super dans un hôtel atypique, chaleureux et soucieux de votre confort.

L'hotel Mondi Bellevue am Gastein tient toute ses promesses surtout pour le restaurant et le personnel très agréable. Tout le monde est souriant et soucieux de votre confort. Le femmes de ménage sont très discrètes et travaillent très bien. La nourriture est excellente et nous y avons diné tous les soirs. Presque tous les soirs, il y eu des buffets qui étaient vraiment bons avec des aliments de qualité très bien cuits à l'étouffé : les viandes étaient exceptionnelles. Pendant notre séjour il y a eu une fête avec des DJs qui se sont relayés pendant 2 jours entiers donc ce n'était pas aussi calme que d'habitude mais nous pouvions aller visiter les environs. L'hotel est très ancien et très connu surtout l'hiver pour son ambiance festive. Il est facile d'y rencontrer des gens de tous horizons et de faire connaissance autour du feux de la salle à manger cosy et chaleureuse. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est superbe, tout y est de qualité et en quantité. Les alentours sont vert et calme l'été. C'est parfait pour se reposer autour de la "piscine" d'eau naturelle.

Le lit de notre chambre était un peu petit, les portes de l'armoire et de la salle de bain grinçaiten un peu, et il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation donc on doit dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes. Aussi la salle de bain est très petite donc impossible d'y être à deux. Mais cela est du au fait que c'est un ancien établissement. Peu de choses négatives en somme pour un hotel atypique, calme, accueillant, chaleureux et où on mange très bien.

Außergewöhnliche urige Hütte mit interessanter Geschichte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück und auch alle anderen Speissen waren sehr lecker. Diese Alm können wir mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

Einfach fein!

Das Frühstücksbuffet war top, der Poolbereich ist sehr freundlich gestaltet und das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend. Das Apartment war sehr großzügig vom Platz her und verfügte über mehrere Sitzecken, einen großen Balkon und Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern. Auch das Bad hatte eine gute Größe. Sehr sympathisch fanden wir, dass der Betrieb eine Regenwasseraufbereitung fürs WC nutzt und auch sonst auf Nachhaltigkeit Wert legt.

Die Kopfpolster im Bett waren uns zu fest und dick. Da wäre es schön, wenn es eine Alternative dazu gäbe. (Ich muss aber zugeben, da wir nur eine Nacht dort verbrachten, haben wir gar nicht danach gefragt. Also vielleicht gibt es eh welche) Auch waren wir in einem anderen Apartment untergebracht, als auf den Fotos zu sehen, aber für uns hat es trotzdem gepasst.

Sehr ambivalent.

Die Lage ist im Winter für Skifahrer top, für Winterwanderer schlecht. Sitzecke im Zimmer sehr gut. Frühstück in Auswahl und Atmosphäre herausragend. Kostenloser Sessellift für die Verbindung in den Ort super.

Gemütliche Hüttenabende am Kamin kann man dort nicht verbringen, da abends überfüllter Restaurantbetrieb. Planloses Personal, keine Tische für Hausgäste ( unbedingt vorab reservieren wer dort abends essen möchte). Die Info hätten wir vorher gebraucht. Sitzhocker..am Kamin durch Rauch nicht lange aushaltbar.

Es war einfach unglaublich schön! Die Lage wunderbar, das Personal sehr freundlich, die Aussicht traumhaft, das Zimmer total süß und von dem Frühstück könnte ich stundenlang schwärmen! Wenn es mich wieder in die Gegend verschlägt weiß ich, wo ich buchen muss :)
