Excellent!

We booked the hotel last minute and were initially quite skeptical since it only offers apartments. However, we received all the necessary information in advance by email—clear and detailed. As we arrived late in the evening, we found an envelope waiting for us at the reception with everything nicely explained. The beautiful view of the town was an extra bonus. In the morning, we were greeted by extremely friendly staff who explained everything, and we ended up extending our stay because we were so impressed with the hotel’s location—peaceful and slightly outside the hustle, yet right in town with everything close by. If you are arriving by car, there is plenty of parking available, even a garage. Alternatively, you can come by bus, as the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Many restaurants were closed as it was off-season, but the reception kindly informed us about this in advance so we were well prepared. Right across from the hotel there is a lift and the beautiful Graukogel mountain. All in all, we will definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

Plan some time to just sit and take in the views all around.

Large apartment for 3 of us. Sleeps about 8 as there is a bunk be in the living area! Great views of the valley from our side. Cafe from 10-c.6pm. Good beer. Great kitchen to cook in. Large table to eat at. Washing machine. Didnt get to spa due to opening hours and only being there for 2 nights (should have stayed longer!) Steep but nice 10 minute walk to town/station. Chair lift behind the property. Parking if needed. Large Spar in town for food shopping.

This beautifully appointed apartment offers comfort and it looks even better in person than in the photos. Breathtaking views of both the mountains and the city right from the balcony. Conveniently located just a short walk from the waterfall and city center, with plenty of free parking available around the hotel. A perfect blend of relaxation and accessibility.

Warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully organized – an unforgettable stay

Excellent experience – everything you need for a perfect stay! Our overall impression was simply fantastic. The location is ideal – everything is nearby, and you can choose whether to explore the area on foot, by car, or by bus, with a station located right next to the hotel. There’s plenty of parking available, both outside and in the garage, which is super convenient. The staff is incredibly kind and genuinely dedicated to every guest – always ready with the best tips about the town and surrounding area. You can truly feel that the place is run with love and the desire to create a beautiful experience for everyone. We booked breakfast on the spot, and it was excellent – everything you might need, including a lovely selection of pastries and bread in the morning that you can just pick up, so no need to rush to the store. All in all, a wonderful stay that exceeded our expectations – we’d definitely come back again!

Family vacation

We are visiting for the second time, we liked the convenient location, near the lifts, walking trails, near the center, shops. The pool is nice to relax in after a day of hiking.

It's a pity that the kitchen doesn't have basic things like salt, sugar, pepper, cooking oil. There wasn't even anything to wipe the table with. Only one garbage bag for a few days and two dishwasher capsules for a few days. When you go on vacation with your family and cook, it wasn't convenient, you had to buy everything and take home what was left... Last year the kitchen was better equipped...

Lovely stay!

Very comfortable, fabulous staff and great stay

(It’s not a negative but) we chose to stay a little further away from the town centre as we were traveling with children but still a great location. As you can imagine, it’s a bit hilly around here, if you’re here to go out more in the evening, maybe stay a little closer to the town centre

Nice and big apartment. great „panorama view“ which seems to be also the main sales argument, since it is in the name for the rooms, the cafe and the spa area.

Unfortunately a bit far from main skying area, sauna only open from 4-8pm, breakfast bakery only available after 8 am which is a bit complicated if you want to be skiing by 8:30.

Aardig personeel, netjes en groot appartement. Broodjesservice en sauna heel fijn. Keuken was super compleet en het appartement was heel ruim met mooi uitzicht.

Gyönyörű a panoráma és megfelelő a szállás.

Az elhelyezkedés jó, közel a síbusz megállójához. A kilátás lenyűgöző! Kedvesek a recepciósok. Az apartmanokban elegendő fürdőszoba/WC található és elég tágas az előtér. A konyhai felszerelés megfelelő. Nagy méretű a finn szauna és jó a medencetér is. Jól felszerelt a játszószoba.

A szállással szembeni sífelvonó nem működött, pedig direkt pályaszállást reméltünk. Az épületben található kávézó zárva volt és csak az egyik apartmanban volt kapszulás kávéfőző - ami nem működött (cserére pedig nem volt lehetőség). Két apartmant béreltünk 8 főre, de ezek nem egy szinten voltak és az 5. emeleti 24-es apartman hálószobáiban a franciaágyak mellett emeletes ágyak is vannak - ez számunkra zavaró volt. A 4. emeleti 19-es apartmanban nagyon gyenge teljesítményű izzók vannak a lámpákban és nincs falióra. A végtakarításba nem tartozik bele a szemeteskukák és a mosogatógép kiürítése - ilyet még sehol nem tapasztaltunk.

הדירה נקייה מאוד, מרווחת מאוד עם 3 שירותים ומקלחות - מתאימה מאוד למשפחה עם ילדים בוגרים שצריכים פרטיות. מטבח מאובזר מאוד (פרט למחבתות שכל הציפוי שלהן מקולף). יש גם מכונת כביסה שזה בונוס. מרפסת כייפית.

יחס הצוות היה גרוע. הם אף פעם לא בקבלה, צריך לקרוא להם וזו תחושה שאתה מפריע. בקשנו בבוקר הראשון שיתנו מגבות לרצפה במקלחות, יתקנו כמה אורות שלא עובדים בחדר, וגם שיסדרו מיטה נוספת שקיימת בחדר לילד השלישי, כיוון שסדרו מיטה זוגית והילדים גדולים, ולא יכולים לישון יחד. שום בקשה לא בוצעה, והיינו צריכים להתעקש על סידור המיטה - ילד בן 12 לא יישן עם ילדה בת 15. מגבות ומנורות לא קבלנו כלל. בנוסף, ביום החמישי בקשנו להחליף 2 מגבות לנקיות כיוון ששני ילדים לא הרגישו טוב ורצינו מגבות ללא חיידקים. נעננו שזה 10 יורו להחלפת סט של מגבת גוף+מגבת ידיים או שנכבס בחדר כי יש לנו מכונת כביסה. היינו בהלם מהתשובה, כיוון ששהינו במלון 8 לילות, הגיוני שנצטרך להחליף מגבת לאחר 4 ימים, וכמובן שלא נסענו לפה כדי לכבס מגבות של מלון. אנחנו נוסעים לטייל כפעמיים בשנה, לנים בדירות או במלונות ואף פעם לא נתקלנו ביחס כזה.

Voldeed niet geheel aan de verwachtingen

De lift naar de Graukogel is direct naast de accommodatie gelegen. Een pluspunt! Ook de verschillende wandelroutes vanaf de accommodatie richting het dal en naastgelegen dorpjes zijn de moeite waard.

Er stonden nog spullen en etenswaar in de accommodatie van de vorige/vaste bewoners in de keuken, woonkamer en badkamer. Dit vonden wij niet hygiënisch. De appartementen zijn verouderd en daarmee aan onderhoud toe (de waterkoker lekte, op de badkamer was lekkage, tegels op de vloer zaten los). Dat was jammer, want de locatie heeft veel potentie! Bij aankomst - en ook lopende ons verblijf - hebben wij de gastvrijheid gemist die in vele andere reviews wel naar voren komt. Een tip voor toekomstige gasten: kijk eens naar de mogelijkheid van een ‘almorama card’. Super handige kaart waarmee je tegen 1 tarief meerdere dagen met de nabijgelegen kabelbanen de bergen op kan.

Le personnel souriant, sympathique et prévenant , la vue depuis l’établissement, l’appartement confortable, le café avec petite restauration agrémenté d’une terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur Bad Gastein et les montagnes environnantes

Insuffisance de passage des bus si l’on n’est pas en voiture ce qui n’a en soi rien à voir avec l’établissement.
