Beautiful hotel with so many options to spend the time. Excellent SPA. Friendly and helpful staff. There is a ski rental shop nearby and the ski bus is a two minutes walk.

On the bed, there were two single small blankets. For a couple, I prefer one blanket. And if two, they need to be larger.

Very bas experience

The pool and the design

The stuff is very very rude ! We were waiting for 30 mins in the evening at the restaurant just to be told that there is no place we are with 2 kids and the 2 ladies were really not nice…we told them we only want drinks she told us “again I’m saying no place” so why did we paid this amount of money? Only for design? Sorry it’s not enough. The pillows in the room were full of dog hair and so is the carpet and nobody came to clean the room the whole stay!! The breakfast is ok but very tired fruits with no taste and no sweets at all at breakfast. Very not good value for money it feels like they only care about money

Super service, great local food, nice amenities

Very attentive, high quality service. Very flexible and creative, i.e. I came by bicycle and wanted an extra Pasta Dish to carb up.

The facilities are amazing - the restaurant "Luke's" was a particular highlight! Food was delicious and the waiting staff were brilliant. The pool was so warm. And they are super dog friendly which makes travelling with a dog so much easier!

It's a shame the rooms don't quite match the amazing style throughout the rest of the hotel, but this wasn't an issue as we didn't spend much time in the room! There was a light by the door of the room that was on a sensor and every time we moved in bed it came on.. we took the bulb out in the end.

The entire hotel is beautiful, every single detail, it includes spa area. I was just amazed the entire time. Staff was super helpful and nice. Super easy parking. Amazing place for relax, we will come back for sure.

There were only two things I'd improve - in the room which we had, the bathroom does not have any ventilation system neither windows, which caused unpleasant smell from "humidity". The second thing was that the most of the meals (mostly local type) in the restaurant were really really good, but some like like pitta bread (super dry) were not matching the level of what I'd expect from this restaurant. But again - staff was awesome!

Perfect Hotel!!

Super Hotel! Our Apartment was amazing - big and very comfortable . SPAarea is also big , with different Saunas. Breakfast is perfekt - with fresh juices , a lot of vegetables and high quality Coffee.

Comfortable, huge room, good breakfast, friendly staff, except the receptionist at the checkout.

The breakfast was good, but they only have one coffee maker and that's not enough for such a big hotel. Sometimes you had to stand in line for 10 minutes for coffee. We were not informed in advance that our room would be in a separate building and that we would have to walk 100 meters in the cold to be able to have breakfast. At the checkout, the receptionist made me wait to ask the cleaning lady if our room was okay and we could not leave until they confirmed that we had not stolen anything. I have never experienced this anywhere.

Superb

The property and facilities are outstanding

The evening meals are unusual. Food quality was great but the lots of small tapas style dishes did not work for us as hotel guests. Once for the experience was interesting, every night was difficult, especially with teenage kids, not helped by the random and "extended" delivery of dishes to the table.

Absolutely fantastic!

The staff was a absolutely fantastic! The layout and design was truly beautiful, comfortable, and artistic. Every corner of Sendlhofer's was well thought out.

More staff is needed. The team was absolutely amazing- yet they could have used a few more hands! If I could have changed one thing it would be be bathroom bathtub. After a few wonderful drinks, it was a bit dicy climbing in and out because the side wall was too high. - despite this- we 100% will stay here from now on when we travel to Bad Hofgastein

Superb

The personal was very nice and helpful. The hotel is really cozy, the bed in the room was perfect. If you like the modern style, tapas like cuisine with fresh and local produce, Luke's Wohnzimmer restaurant inside the hotel is a perfect place.

The online hotel customized pre-checkin system is a mess, i've booked two rooms, one for me, my wife and my daugther and second one for my parents. After entering the personal details for the second room, the original reservation details got rewritten, hence my father in law was shown in both rooms which caused problem during the checkin. The receptionist was great and figure it out finally, but generally the system which should speed up the checkin, in the end slowed it down. We had a room on the first floor right above the bar and we heard the music all over the room till midnight, so if you used to go in the bed early request some room in the higher floor.

everything was amazing about the hotel, aside two things the rooms where a match box size we had book an apartment for 6 ppl there is only one toilet we had to line up to use the toilet.
