Ett boende vi gärna återvänder till!

Otroligt bra frukost med mycket att välja på. 2 väldigt fina spa-områden samt 2 stora pooler och en jättefin trädgård med solbäddar och hängmattor. Gångavstånd till centrum, restauranger och liftar. Fri parkering och möjlighet att ladda bilen. Väldigt trevlig atmosfär.

Very bas experience

The pool and the design

The stuff is very very rude ! We were waiting for 30 mins in the evening at the restaurant just to be told that there is no place we are with 2 kids and the 2 ladies were really not nice…we told them we only want drinks she told us “again I’m saying no place” so why did we paid this amount of money? Only for design? Sorry it’s not enough. The pillows in the room were full of dog hair and so is the carpet and nobody came to clean the room the whole stay!! The breakfast is ok but very tired fruits with no taste and no sweets at all at breakfast. Very not good value for money it feels like they only care about money

Ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet

Selbst nach 5 min laufender Dusche war das Wasser gerade mal Lauwarm! Das Zimmer war im 1.Stock über dem Lokal. Bis 24 Uhr war an Schlafen nicht zu denken, da trotz geschlossener Türen und Fenster die Musik laut hörbar (der Bass sogar fühlbar) war! Am Abend war das Personal eher uninteressiert und "gefühltermaßen" genervt, bei der Aufnahme der Getränke. Selbst beim Auschecken am nächsten Tag wurde in keinsterweise gefragt, ob der Aufenthalt gepasst hat.

Hotel ist im Innen und Außenbereich außergewöhnlich schön angelegt, mit vielen Nischen und Sitzgelegenheiten. Frühstück sehr gut, es hat nichts gefehlt

Frühstück und Lage waren top, auch der Spabereich erfüllt alle Wünsche, wunderbarer Garten mit genug Liegen und speziell hat uns das Yogaangebot im Haus gefallen, super Personal und entspannt Atmosphere

Die Zimmer im 1. Stock sind etwas hellhörig und das darunterliegende Lokal bietet die Einschlafmusik ;-), beim Ebike- Verleih könnte die Preisgestaltung transparenter sein - sympatischer wäre eine Gebühr statt Bezeichnung "Kosten für eine Akkuladung"

Niet eerder in zo’n goed hotel gezeten

ALLE details waar zo goed over was nagedacht. Wauw, wat een hotel, nog nooit zo goed meegemaakt. Het ontbijt was een grote ontdekkingstocht met allerlei mandjes en dingetjes om in te zoeken. Personeel was super vriendelijk. Twee kleuren handdoeken in de kamer, voor hem&haar. Al die mooie plekjes om te zitten, ik had nog twee keer zo lang kunnen blijven en nog niet alles gezien.

Eigenlijk niets, wellicht een kleine instructie bij het ontbijt, maar uiteindelijk hebben we alles gevonden. En misschien om de zo veel tijd even door de sauna heen lopen want daar liggen mensen toch gewoon op hun telefoon wat een onbehaaglijk gevoel kan geven

Ausstattung - Einrichtung - Frühstück - Personal - Spa alles perfekt man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Betten unglaublich bequem! Am Abreisetag kann man noch alles nutzen inkl. Parkplatz!!

Heerlijke, rustige vakantie met het gezin.

Er was voor ieder wat wils, met veel ruimte rondom de gebouwen. Kinderen kunnen zich goed vermaken en volwassenen hebben ook een groot aanbod aan wellness treatments. Wij hadden een appartement geboekt, deze bleek in het souterrain te zijn met een groot terras en een uitgang naar de tuin. Dit appartement was van alles voorzien, perfect als je met een peuter en een baby reist. Groot pluspunt was de hoeveelheid aan kastruimte en er was ruimte genoeg voor onze grote duo kinderwagen. Het gratis gebruik kunnen maken van de wasruimte was ook zeer gewaardeerd. Het ontbijt was goed geregeld met veel gezonde opties en lekkernijen voor de zoetekauw. Het restaurant was heel gezellig ingericht en je had een prachtig uitzicht tijdens het ontbijten. Het zwembad was heerlijk met veel ruimte tussen de ligstoelen in de tuin. Het hotel had ook een fijne ligging in het dorp, alles was te voet bereikbaar.

De bedden en vooral de dunne, slappe kussens waren een groot nadeel. Er waren ook geen extra opties aanwezig in het appartement. De matrassen voelde niet van hoge kwaliteit aan. Er waren een paar plekken in het hotel dat aan onderhoud toe was: het stenen pad van het appartement gebouw naar de parkeerplaats/fiets werkplaats had veel losse stenen. In het zwembad waren ook verschillende plekken waar je bubbels of jets aan zou kunnen zetten met een knop, maar er waren er maar 2 van de 6 die het deden. De douches bij het zwembad waren ook niet allemaal werkzaam.

Nu au avut papuci in camera iar cei de la receptie au spus ca s au terminat. Frig noaptea in camere si desi am anuntat la receptie, nu s a remediat. Pilotele erau de copii. In camere nu erau tacamuri sau ceva de preparat un ceai. Costuri suplimentare nejustificate. Conditii precare la sauna si bazin.

Restarangen på bottenvåning är väldigt fin och mysig, fint inrett, man känner sig hemma. Utlänskt anställda är väldigt trevliga och bemötande. Maten är väl hyfsad! Bussen till Schlossalmbahn är ca 30 meter från hotellet. Spa är ok

Priserna på restaurangen på hotellet är tragiska. Restaurangen har tapas konceptet men priserna håller nivån som vanliga portioner på andra restaruanger i stan. Altså spenderar u minst dubbelt så mycket för att bli mätt. Rummet är kall, dörren till balkongen går inte att stänga rikitgt på någon av rummen (vi provade i våra vänners rum också) plus att värmen på elementet sänks automatiskt på natten, så det blir aldrig tillräckligt varmt i rummet. Handdukarna är tragiskt små, både för spa och de som ska användas i rummen, inte ens barnstorlek. Personalen, den österrikiska delen, är mest otrevlig och uppkäftig, Gud förbjude att du klagar eller önskar något utöver det reguljära. Flickan som jobbar på receptionen ger knappast bra information angående något, svar på det mesta blir att hon inte vet. Halv pensions med vauchers som nämns i hotellets beksrivning är enligt deras egna ord, låtsas halvpension då de tvingar dig betala 35 eur per person per dag för vilka du kan äta, detta dras dock av de reguljära priser i menyn, så äter du mer än så betalar du normalnt. Enda förmånen är att de reserverar ett bord för dig. De har ingen apres ski måltid, inte ens för barnen. Väldigt låg valuta för pengarna!!

Heerlijk ontspannen en plezier voor het hele gezin

Het hotel is van alle gemakken voorzien en aan een ieder is gedacht. Daarnaast het ontbijt zo ontspannen van 7.30- 12.00 kon je gewoon inlopen voor het ontbijt ! Grandioos zo chill..

The facilities are amazing - the restaurant "Luke's" was a particular highlight! Food was delicious and the waiting staff were brilliant. The pool was so warm. And they are super dog friendly which makes travelling with a dog so much easier!

It's a shame the rooms don't quite match the amazing style throughout the rest of the hotel, but this wasn't an issue as we didn't spend much time in the room! There was a light by the door of the room that was on a sensor and every time we moved in bed it came on.. we took the bulb out in the end.

The entire hotel is beautiful, every single detail, it includes spa area. I was just amazed the entire time. Staff was super helpful and nice. Super easy parking. Amazing place for relax, we will come back for sure.

There were only two things I'd improve - in the room which we had, the bathroom does not have any ventilation system neither windows, which caused unpleasant smell from "humidity". The second thing was that the most of the meals (mostly local type) in the restaurant were really really good, but some like like pitta bread (super dry) were not matching the level of what I'd expect from this restaurant. But again - staff was awesome!

Super Hotel! Our Apartment was amazing - big and very comfortable . SPAarea is also big , with different Saunas. Breakfast is perfekt - with fresh juices , a lot of vegetables and high quality Coffee.

Comfortable, huge room, good breakfast, friendly staff, except the receptionist at the checkout.

The breakfast was good, but they only have one coffee maker and that's not enough for such a big hotel. Sometimes you had to stand in line for 10 minutes for coffee. We were not informed in advance that our room would be in a separate building and that we would have to walk 100 meters in the cold to be able to have breakfast. At the checkout, the receptionist made me wait to ask the cleaning lady if our room was okay and we could not leave until they confirmed that we had not stolen anything. I have never experienced this anywhere.

The property and facilities are outstanding

The evening meals are unusual. Food quality was great but the lots of small tapas style dishes did not work for us as hotel guests. Once for the experience was interesting, every night was difficult, especially with teenage kids, not helped by the random and "extended" delivery of dishes to the table.

Absolutely fantastic!

The staff was a absolutely fantastic! The layout and design was truly beautiful, comfortable, and artistic. Every corner of Sendlhofer's was well thought out.

More staff is needed. The team was absolutely amazing- yet they could have used a few more hands! If I could have changed one thing it would be be bathroom bathtub. After a few wonderful drinks, it was a bit dicy climbing in and out because the side wall was too high. - despite this- we 100% will stay here from now on when we travel to Bad Hofgastein
