Good location but very dated hotel

We stayed in a one bed apartment which was really nice. The little swimming pool is lovely fresh water no chlorine. The location is excellent right near the centre

The hotel is very dated. The double rooms are too small and have no modern facilities like fridge or safe.

rooms are clean and spacious. 2 bathrooms. food was excellent. service was perfect and kind. place for ski boots with heating system.

Family run hotel right by the Cross Country ski tracks.

Loads of saunas but you need to note that they run from 3pm to 7pm, which is not unreasonable. The room was lovely and warm and the balcony room has a great view. Short walk to the Loipen, which is great.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr gute, ruhige und doch zentrale Lage, sehr gutes Essen, viele Restaurants in der Nähe, Busstation in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Der Wasserschlauch im Dampfbad liegt am Boden, das wirkt etwas unhygienisch.

Sehr nettes Hotel im Ortszentrum

Wie meine Tochter - die mit einer Freundin bei "Gastein Sounds" war - zu berichten wusste: Nettes Personal, schöner Wellnessbereich, super Frühstück, ... vor allem aber ganz gemütliche Zimmer. Die Lage war auch perfekt, nur einen Katzensprung von der Schlossalmbahn entfernt.

Die Anreise mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war erwartbar umständlich.

Sauberes, kleines, gutes Hotel mit schönem Teich

wird familiär betrieben von der Fam. Rauscher, die sehr aufmerksam ist. Die Lage des kleinen Hotels ist ziemlich zentral, allerdings ist der Ort auch klein. Schöner Wellness-Bereich mit Außen-Blocksauna + Schwimmteich. Gutes Frühstück.

mein Zimmer hat mir weniger gefallen, war sehr klein. Kein Wasserkocher oder ähnliches vorhanden. Matratze war okay, kein Balkon.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt für Kurztrip

Die Lage ist zentral nahe an der Fußgängerzone. Parkplatz ist vorhanden, jedoch bei guter Hotelbelegung offensichtlich nicht ganz ausreichend. Es empfiehlt sich daher, nicht zu spät anzureisen. Das Frühstück entspricht dem üblichen Hotelstandard.

Sauberes Zimmer und gutes Frühstück, Empfang jedoch eher kühl.

Für eine Nacht okay, Frühstück gut Wir haben hier während unserer Radreise am Alpe Adria Radweg eine Nacht im Budget-Zimmer verbracht. Das Zimmer war sauber, ausreichend groß und hatte sogar einen Balkon – für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war üppig und hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage ist praktisch, da man rasch im Zentrum ist und somit auch fürs Abendessen eine gute Auswahl hat. Beim Checkout war die Dame deutlich freundlicher, was einen positiveren Eindruck hinterlassen hat.

Weniger gut fanden wir den Empfang: der Herr am Abend war eher kühl und zweckmäßig, wir haben uns nicht besonders willkommen gefühlt. Auch die Rad-Abstellmöglichkeit in einem ungenutzten Gastraum direkt neben dem Einhang war nicht ideal und hat uns wenig Sicherheit vermittelt.

Moderne und Tradition in 5. Generation

Altehrwürdiges Gebäude mit geschmackvoll renovierten Zimmern samt modernem Bad. Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die junge Chefin. Leckeres Abendessen, tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Alles total unkompliziert - so richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Leider hatten wir nicht genug Zeit, um alles auszuprobieren. Aber wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in einem sehr freundlichen etwas chaotischen liebenswerten Hotel!

Lage: alles fußläufig zu erreichen. super WiFi: superschnell und überall verfügbar Spa: sehr cool. Dampfbad, Sauna und eine etwas kühlere Sauna sowie Infrarot. waren begeistert. Naturbadeteich: wunderschön Liegewiese: herrlich. viel Platz und die Liegen mit Baldachin sind sehr sehr cool Housekeeping: sehr sehr nette Damen Betten: traumhaft gut zu schlafen Zimmer: wunderschön und mit Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. bei uns auf die Schlossalm

Frühstück: alles da, aber etwas fad. Cafemaschine für Vieltrinker sinnlos und in der Hochsaison sicher Chaos. Aber ich hätte ja sowieso gerne die alte Thermoskanne voll Cafe zurück! Spa: etwas unaufgeräumt und steril. vl schauts in der Hochsaison anders aus Naturbadeteich: Natursteine im Einstieg sind so glitschig, dass ich nach dem ersten Schritt darauf verzichtet habe, rein zu gehen. ist aber echt schön Betten: Topper fehlt und damit hats den Spalt zwischen den Matratzen - kuschelfeindlich ;)

Gerne wieder

Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs - war alles da was wir brauchten für nur eine Übernachtung. Schöner Garten mit Pool. Lage zentral, aber ruhig. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Obwohl wir keine Reservierung für ein Abendessen hatten, wurden wir prima versorgt.
