Sehr erholsamer Kurzurlaub im Gasteiner Tal

Sehr zentrale Lage im verkehrsberuhigten Zentrum von Bad Hofgastein. Äusserst aufmerksames Personal. Grosszügiges modern eingerichtetes Zimmer.

Das Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher und qualitativ hochwertiger sein. Der Parkplatz ist ca. 250 m vom Hotel entfernt und etwas schwer zu finden. Durch die Nähe zur Kirche sind das Läuten der Glocken und eine Geräuschkulisse durch Veranstaltungen unvermeidbar.

Rundum ein Wohlfühlaufenthalt

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Die Lage des Hotel ist im Zentrum, neben der Kirche - Alpentherme, Kurpark, Busterminal und Gondelbahn Schlossalmbahn sind 5 bis 10 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt.

Es gibt nichts zum Aussetzen.

Ottima la capacità, la professionalità e disponibilità del receptionist, Perfetta la colazione e la bravura del personale di sala che presta mille attenzioni. La camera è molto organizzata e di design

La cucina del ristorante è al livello minimo, il responsabile della ristorazione è una persona attenta e disponibile ma il cibo è di pessima preparazione e sicuramente non al livello del costo. Abbiamo cenato due volte e la seconda per dare una chance ma è andata peggio. Anche i servizi wellness sono da rivedere, non so se la stagione estiva è considerata di basso livello ma l’acqua della piscina era a 30 gradi, idromassaggio freddo. I massaggi bisogna prenotarli ma abbiamo visto le sale massaggio che oltre ad essere fredde non sono sicuramente accoglienti e con privacy. Direi da non scegliere per il wellness

Schönes Hotel in bester Lage in Bad Hofgastein

Besonders gut ist die Lage mitten im Zentrum. Dafür parkt man ein paar Meter entfernt vom Hotel. Der Außenpool ist toll und es gibt einen großen, sehr ansprechend gestalteten Spa-Bereich. Das Frühstück war auch gut und das Personal freundlich. Es wird grad viel renoviert und modernisiert. Wir fanden das etwas ältere Zimmer aber gut.

Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht ganz, vor allem der Aufpreis für Kinder ist unserer Ansicht nach deutlich zu hoch. Hinzu kommen hohe Preise für die Bergbahnen (die in anderen Regionen Österreichs inkludiert sind).

Das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss ist für den Sommer absolut ungeeignet - gleicht einer Sauna. (Kaum aushaltbar). Beim Frühstücksbuffet fehlen meiner Meinung nach Süßspeisen (Croissant zb). Der Saunabereich könnte besser ausgestattet sein (keine Getränke zb).

Sehr schönes, authentisches Hotel in lieber Bewirtung

Freundlich authentisches Personal. Von der Reception, über das Servicepersonal bis hin zur Reinigungskraft. Frühstück war super, Abendessen mega lecker. Preis /Leistung akzeptabel.

Das einzige, was nicht so toll war, war die Aufbettung für unseren Junior. Eine Klappcouch macht kein Familienzimmer.

Sauberes Bad, zentrale Lage, bemühte Frühstückskellnerin.

Zimmer war sehr laut, schlagende Türen am Gang. Matratzen weich und unbequem. Unser Frühstückstisch war in einem Raum ohne Fenster und Tageslicht positioniert. Die Qualität des Frühstück's hatte kein 4Sterne Niveau. Das Ambiente im Hotel wirkt angestaubt und überdekoriert.

Beautiful view of the mountains from the room, very very close to the thermal center (5 mins walk), and super close to the center with nice cafes and restaurants. We loved our stay there!

A weekend to remember

Location in the heart of the village, hotel with centuries of history. Bars and shops and restaurants just around the corner. Our suite was fantastic, stylish and super comfortable. Wellness area and outdoor pool was perfect after a day on the slopes. Ski lift can be reached with a bus or 10 minutes walk. Friendly and helpful staff. Wish we could stay longer :) Easy to recommend.

The room is very comfortable, big size and superb view! The spa facilities, including the outdoors thermal water pool, sauna, jacuzzi, etc, are excellent. The location of the hotel is central. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast and dinner were fantastic!
