Sehr schönes Urlaub und wir kommen wieder

Alles sehr sauber, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommende Personal, das Essen top , das Nachmittagssnack ist eher wie ein Mittagessen statt nur ein kleines Snack. Nur weiter so.

Ich finde es schade das manche Gäste nicht in der Lage waren sich kurz bisschen Zeit zur nehmen und sich vor dem Mittagessen umzuziehen sondern saßen mit Bademantel beim Essen.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr gute Lage, direkt im Zentrum inkl. Parkplatz (zum Gepäckaus-/einladen fährt man direkt vor das Hotel). Freier Zugang im Bademantel über "Tunnelsystem" zur Alpentherme. Das Hotel besteht aus mehreren Gebäuden, die miteinander verbunden sind. Frühstück, Nachmittagsjause und Abendmenü sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Bademantel und ein Saunatuch/Tag werden bereitgestellt. Ideal wären 2 Saunatücher pro Tag.

Skiwochenende mit Wellness

Sehr gute Lage direkt im Zentrum. Zum check-in und -out kann man direkt zum Eingang fahren. Mehrere Parkplätze in der Nähe. Ausgesprochen nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal an der Rezeption. Der Barkeeper ist ebenfalls positiv zu erwähnen. Der eigene (kostenlose) Skibus fährt direkt vor dem Hotel ab. Super Service. Der unterirdische Zugang zur Therme ist schon praktisch, man ist aber ein bissi unterwegs ... Im Skistall kann man seine Ski und Equipment in einem absperrbaren Spind verstauen.

Es war sehr gut gebucht und der Geräuschpegel beim Essen entsprechend. Es ist anscheinend schwer gutes Personal im Restaurantbereich zu bekommen. Einige Kellner waren sowohl mit Deutsch als auch mit Englisch überfordert. Eine Wallbox am hoteleigenen Parkplatz war von einem Verbrenner zugeparkt, erfreulicherweise gibt es eine zweite 20m unterhalb des Hoteleingangs. Die Beduftung in der Dependance ggü ist grauslich. Der süßliche Geruch ist zum Abgewöhnen.

Make sure you message in advance to say you want a sofa bed in your room

The location and the spa was fantastic. The shuttle bus to the cable car and the station was great.

We were given two rooms with double beds, instead of two rooms with a bed and a sofa bed (as we booked on Booking.com). They had assumed that with four adults that two couples would be sharing beds, but this wasn’t the case. They weren’t able to accommodate us according to the booking.

Fantastic location with lovely friendly staff, very clean and well maintained property. Superb spa facilities (both in the hotel and at the Alpentherme community complex). Food was excellent and varied, with wonderful service from the staff. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Nice and clean rooms and hotel, the connection to the Therme.

Very poor lunch, dinner is acceptable, but not for high fliers, too poor for these money.

Ive stayed at many hotels worldwide, and i can say i enjoyed this one the most. Victoria and her family do an amazing job. Its a lovely family run hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Bianka who cleaned our room did an amazing job and was so polite and welcoming everyday when bumping into her in the hallway. Anna in the kitchen was great at ensuring our dietary requirements. My 4 year old ran around and the staff were really sweet to him. The food was amazing, the buffet always had some nice suprises. Free access and underground tunnel to alpentherme was great. The hotel provided towels and robes for all of us, including children sizes, and were changed daily. We loved our stay. Very well done Victoria and your team. Great location, great hotel, lovely food, amazing staff. Thank you

Superb

We stayed at Hotel Norica mainly because of the easy access to the Spa. They have an underground tunnel (shared with 3 other hotels) that grants access to the Spa. Because of Covid, the Spa visit was limited to 3 hours for regular visitors, not so for the Hotel guests though, which was a big advantage. The Hotel consists of 3 buildings at are linked together. We stayed in the Palais and had a nice view and balcony. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Breakfast was very good too. Overall very recommended

Only negative thing was, that the shuttle bus back to the train station was quite overcrowded. So not only did it not apply to the official Covid restrictions, but they actually crammed more people in the vehicle then it had seats. The driver was also not interested to wear a mask. The train station is a very short drive from the hotel, so I do not see why they could not split the passengers into two runs.

Exceptional

The location was great. We could walk around the city, access the trails with ease, access the spa from underneath, and walk to the ski bahn. We really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly wait staff and front desk staff. I hope once restrictions ease, we can return!

Decor and over all amenities, minibar was empty , the Palais wing Resturant and bar were closed, furnishing was ok, I expect better from a 4 star.
