Very nice hotel, convenient for those who want to go to the spas in the winter. Excellent location.

The staff is very nice and willing to help. The room was a reasonable size (couple + teenager). Very convenient to walk to the therme via the hotel's covered walkway

We arrived in the evening, so there was no room in the hotel's free parking. We parked in the paid parking lot. We booked half board. The meals were less than to our liking. The first evening there was a wide variety (maybe because it was Saturday), the second evening there was much less. The room itself does not have air conditioning and it was too cold to leave the balcony door open to ventilate the room. Also, the door to the toilet and shower is transparent. In addition, we had a problem with the rain shower head, and although we asked for it to be fixed, it did not happen.

The location and the spa was fantastic. The shuttle bus to the cable car and the station was great.

We were given two rooms with double beds, instead of two rooms with a bed and a sofa bed (as we booked on Booking.com). They had assumed that with four adults that two couples would be sharing beds, but this wasn’t the case. They weren’t able to accommodate us according to the booking.

The safe in the room is tiny. it can't reused for a tablet or a laptop

Wonderful 5 nights at a fantastic family ran hotel. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic location with lovely friendly staff, very clean and well maintained property. Superb spa facilities (both in the hotel and at the Alpentherme community complex). Food was excellent and varied, with wonderful service from the staff. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Nice hotel, but doesn’t value for money

Nice and clean rooms and hotel, the connection to the Therme.

Very poor lunch, dinner is acceptable, but not for high fliers, too poor for these money.

Ive stayed at many hotels worldwide, and i can say i enjoyed this one the most. Victoria and her family do an amazing job. Its a lovely family run hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Bianka who cleaned our room did an amazing job and was so polite and welcoming everyday when bumping into her in the hallway. Anna in the kitchen was great at ensuring our dietary requirements. My 4 year old ran around and the staff were really sweet to him. The food was amazing, the buffet always had some nice suprises. Free access and underground tunnel to alpentherme was great. The hotel provided towels and robes for all of us, including children sizes, and were changed daily. We loved our stay. Very well done Victoria and your team. Great location, great hotel, lovely food, amazing staff. Thank you

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast and dinner were very delicious. I highly recommend this hotel!

Superb

We stayed at Hotel Norica mainly because of the easy access to the Spa. They have an underground tunnel (shared with 3 other hotels) that grants access to the Spa. Because of Covid, the Spa visit was limited to 3 hours for regular visitors, not so for the Hotel guests though, which was a big advantage. The Hotel consists of 3 buildings at are linked together. We stayed in the Palais and had a nice view and balcony. Very friendly and accomodating staff. Breakfast was very good too. Overall very recommended

Only negative thing was, that the shuttle bus back to the train station was quite overcrowded. So not only did it not apply to the official Covid restrictions, but they actually crammed more people in the vehicle then it had seats. The driver was also not interested to wear a mask. The train station is a very short drive from the hotel, so I do not see why they could not split the passengers into two runs.

Exceptional

The location was great. We could walk around the city, access the trails with ease, access the spa from underneath, and walk to the ski bahn. We really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly wait staff and front desk staff. I hope once restrictions ease, we can return!

Würden wir definitiv nochmal buchen

Der Ausblick der Sky Suite war wunderschön. Finde die ganzen Glaswände toll, durch die man die Winterlandschaft und entfernte Skipisten sehen konnte. Das Zimmer konnte man auch abdunkeln, was nachts sehr praktisch ist. Wunderschönes großes Zimmer mit modernem Design, haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Es gibt sogar 2 Waschbecken, so konnten wir uns morgens gleichzeitig fertigmachen ohne sich gegenseitig im Weg zu stehen

Kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer, aber dafür notfalls einen Herd mit Töpfen. Beim Abendessen gab es ein paar weniger gute Gerichte, aber der Großteil war denoch sehr gut

Hotel situat in zona centrala, legat printr-un tunel subteran cu baile termale, camera pentru depozitarea echipamentului de ski la subsol cu acces imediat la statia de autobuz.

Venim la acest hotel de peste 18 ani si am constatat ca de la an la an calitatea serviciilor a scazut. Hotelul este compus din 3 corpuri, in corpul in care am stat noi am primit in prima noapte o camera situata pe coltul cladirii cu o suprafata vetrata foarte mare in care am inghetat efectiv de frig. A doua zi am schimbat camera cu una mai mica dar caldura tot nu a functionat la o capacitate normala ceea ce la un hotel de 4 stele Superior nu este permis si am mai avut o surpriza neplacuta cu mancarea servita la cina cam aceesi in fiecare zi cu mici alternante la felul principal intre pui si vita si intr-o alta zi peste si porc iar la micul dejun fix acceasi mancare in fiecare zi in conditiile in care noi am stat 6 zile. Dupa cum spuneam mai sus am avut si ani mai buni la acest hotel dar banuiesc ca toate acestea se datoreaza si pretului usor mai mic platit fata de celelante proprietati similare din zona.
