Lovely hotel

The rooms are very generous in size and very comfortable with beautiful views. The breakfast was excellent with a diverse selection, and the staff very friendly.

We arrived very late and had to wait for a while for someone to come to the reception. Getting in touch with the staff at that hour wasn't exactly straight-forward, but once we got a hold of the staff, they were very friendly.

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel

Fast alles war dem 4 Sterne-Standard entsprechend. Was man ev. beanstanden könnte ist die Öffnungszeit des Wellnessbereiches. Nur bis 20.00 Uhr - das war mir zu kurz - 21.00 Uhr wäre super gewesen! Das Essen war gut, auch das Frühstücksbuffet war von der Auswahl her völlig ausreichend.

Außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft - ein Juwel in der Gastronomie - wir kommen wieder :)

Das gesamte Personal gab einem das Gefühl, dass es nur ein Ziel gibt: den Gast zu verwöhnen und ihm den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen. Jeder Wunsch wurde von den Augen abgelesen und das mit Freude , Esprit und Elan und Charme , wie ich es in dieser Form nur selten erlebt habe.

Traumhaftes Hotel in Bestlage

Das Alpenhaus hat eine hervorragende ruhige Lage, Busterminal Schlossalm ist ganz in der Nähe für Wandertouren. Das Hotel wirkt sehr luxoriös u. gepflegt. Unser Zimmer wurde während unserer Frühstückszeit sehr ordentlich gereinigt. Vom Balkon aus hatten wir einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Alpen. Das Essen war so schmackhaft, dass es kaum zu übertreffen ist. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das 5 Gänge Menü waren sehr abwechslungsreich. Es hat uns ausgesprochen gut geschmeckt, war phantasievoll zubereitet u. garniert. Bei schönem Wetter wird auch auf der Terasse das Essen gereicht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich, ohne Wartezeit bedient. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, umsichtig. Auch persönliche Gespräche mit Humor waren möglich, obwohl viele Gäste im Hotel waren. Nach unseren Erfahrungen ist es das beste Hotel in Bad Hofgastein

Es fehlt ein Wäscheständer auf dem Balkon, um z.B. Badesachen zu trocknen.

لا يوجد تكييف ولن تستطيع فتح النوافذ اثناء النوم او بعد غروب الشمس حيث ستدخل كمية كبيره من الحشرات المتنوعه في الغرفه والامر الاهم استغلاليين حيث قمنا بالحجز عن طريق بوكينج دوت كوم وتم الحجز على ان لدينا عدد 2 اطفال واكتفينا وحين وصلولنا قالوا ان نظام الفندق عندنا هو ان الاطفال دون الخامسه !! وما فوق الخامسه يجب دفع على كل شخص 100 يورو تقريبا في اليوم !!؟؟ وللعلم هذا هو الفندق الوحيد في هذه المنطقه تعامله على هذا النظام

die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Die sehr grosszügige Saunalandschaft. Das gute Essen und dass es trotz der Grösse des Hotels keine Staus beim Buffet und bei der Kaffeemaschine gab. Die hochwertige Ausstattung sowie die zentrale Lage des Hotels.

ich würde die Parkgebühr als Mischpreis in den Zimmerpreis inkludieren. Bekleidung einiger Gäste zum Abendessen ( kurze Hose, Schlapfen ohne Socken,.. ). Ein Hinweisschild dazu vor dem Restaurant wäre vielleicht hilfreich.

Zimmer: das Doppelbett war sehr groß und fest, das Frühstück war reichlich, mehr Aufstriche hätte ich gerne gehabt, das Abendessen war das eines Haubenkoches, großartig !

Abfluss von Bad und Waschbecken waren nicht gut durchlässig, wurden aber nach Meldung sofort gereinigt
