All good, handy for town and not too far from lifts (we did book rental space for skis at gondola)

Very good facilities, hotel a little jaded

Staff, esp Marcel were excellent but I felt their uniforms were a little tired looking and could do with a freshen up.

Loved the beautiful flair of the Bad Hofgastein and how convenient the situation of the hotel was. The hotel was excellent, we loved our stay. Staff super friendly and helpful, spa area amazing . We had a beautiful time and highly recommend The Alpenhaus Gasteinertal!

Lovely hotel

The rooms are very generous in size and very comfortable with beautiful views. The breakfast was excellent with a diverse selection, and the staff very friendly.

We arrived very late and had to wait for a while for someone to come to the reception. Getting in touch with the staff at that hour wasn't exactly straight-forward, but once we got a hold of the staff, they were very friendly.

Strange system of getting bathrobes, for some reason you have to ask for them at the reception. there is no coffee machines or kettles at the room. Overpriced for this kind of service

overall our stay was good, would have liked a bath in our room but they didn’t upgrade or could change our rooms due to

we have visited Das Alpenhaus before and couldn’t praise this property enough. somethings has changed which we didn’t enjoy as much unfortunately. But had a lovely massage and reflexology. Lupie the receptionist was lovely and welcoming, as usual.

unfortunately this time round some of the spa facilities had a distinct odour smell. Food was a bit disappointing this time, some items were very over salty.

The stay was comfy and pleasant ♥️

The staff are very friendly and helpful… they are all kind and welcoming.

The bed sheets material is stretching cotton so it hold lots of hair and dust and it is not changed every day… the house keeping changed it after around a week and when asked them to change it.
