Everything was perfect

The rooms were very practical and extremely clean, as if everything had been freshly prepared that morning. Everyone at the reception was very attentive and helpful. The location is excellent, and having tunnel access to the Alpentherme is perfect.

It is not GXUND fault, but when it snows the snowplow cleans the parking lot of alpentherme from early morning at 06:30 which is really loud so it will wake you up for sure because it is under the window - we had luck that it snowed for 3 days :) kitchenware is okay but it could be updated a little.

Very comfortable stay, lovely view, well equipped, very convenient for shops and walks. We very much enjoyed the access to the spa, this was a highlight of our stay.

Relaxing stay in Gastain valley

Hotel has an excellent location in center of Bad Hofgastain. The M-Preis grocery store, which is very well equipped is just across the street. The central square which host events like markets, concerts is just around the corner.

The weather was poor for our stay=) Of course that you cannot book in advance. The hotel breakfast was nothing special.

Great location, close to the SPA, the hotel has its own underground tunnel to the Thermal bath which great. Loads of parking spaces and close to the centre. The hotel stuff was really hospitable and helpful.

The rooms are a bit outdated and old, doesn't have a minibar, the mattress was poor quality too soft, as well as the pillows. The breakfast was very disappointing, barely any selection also the breakfast ends way to early, people supposed to be on Holiday, we shouldn't have to wake up so early so just that we could catch breakfast. The restaurant was closed so we couldn't have dinner there. The "gym" was underwhelming, it's not really a gym just a fintess room with three bikes, not even one row of weights.

Perfect location for skiing, close to bus stop, shops, bakery and restaurants, easy enter to Alpentherme just in bathrobe, well equipped kitchen, breakfast delivery service, garage, helpful staff

Nothing important just lack of heated hangers for ski boots for gests in apartments and little bit chaotic building. Simple plan with location of particular rooms (ski room, entry to Alpentherme, etc.) could be helpful.

ash tray in balcony was filled with cigarettes not cleaned. free parking was a bit difficult to get to with luggage you could park at hotel for small extra charge. room was warm unless you left all the windows and door wide open

Great location for ski lift and spa - shame about the 51euro hidden cleaning fee

Access to the AlpenTherme from the hotel. Able to use the Therme on checkout day until 3pm. Was able to check in early and store bags. Convenient location 5 min walk from Schlossalmbahn ski lift and bus station. Near to supermarket and bakery. Apartment comes with towels, dressing gowns, hair dryer, shampoo (no conditioner), kitchenette, tea + coffee making facilities (minus any tea or coffee). Staff were friendly and helpful.

**WARNING ** There's an added cleaning charge not advertised. Don't believe the Booking.com price - there's a hidden charge of 51 Euros added to the (non-refundable) booking. This gets added only after you've clicked to pay so when you see the confirmation tab you've got a totally different price to what was quoted! Kitchen could've had better facilities there were no complimentary sachets of tea/coffee/little milks, salt/pepper etc. It would've been nice to have Spa slippers provided along with the towels and dressing gowns - bring your own flip flops. For the price would've expected more complimentary kitchen and bathroom amenities.
