Sehr freundliches Personal, Hotel ruhig gelegen und dennoch kann man das Kongresszentrum sowie den Fußgänger-Zonen-Bereich in kürzester Zeit zu Fuß erreichen.

Zentrale Lage, perfekt für Geschäftsreise

Frühstück umfassend, Lage sehr zentral, ich hatte ein kleines Zimmer, das aber dem Preis entsprach. Alle (Personal) waren freundlich und bemüht. Der Pool war angenehm.

Das Zimmer war recht klein, kein Schreibtisch, aber man konnte in den allgemeinen Aufenthaltsräumen sitzen. Es war insgesamt nicht sehr luxuriös.

Nagyon szeretnék visszatérni. A környék látnivalóiból az itt töltött 4 éjszaka folyamán csak töredéket tudtunk megnézni

Elhelyezkedése csodás, néhány perces séta a központig és a felvonóig. Szálloda hangulata kinézete felszereltsége tükrözi a hegyvidék stílusát. A reggeli fantasztikus bőséges. Menű választásos vacsorától kicsit féltünk de kellemesen csalódtunk. Sosem maradtunk éhen. Jól átgondolt pazarlásmentes elgondolás. Személyzet kedves, segítőkész!

Super relaks na koniec wakacji

Lokalizacja, bardzo dobry poziom obsługi we wszystkich obszarach, wyśmienita kuchnia. Bardzo dobre śniadania i kolacje. Pokój super czysty oraz basen idealnie czysty z podgrzewaną wodą. Bardo duży taras z niesamowitym widokiem na góry.

Brakowało trochę czajnika lub ekspresu do kawy, lodówki i wody.

Velice hezký hotel, příjemný personál a ubytování. Stravování velmi dobré, kombinace bufetu a servírovaných jídel. Vypadá to, že se do této lokality budeme v budoucnu vracet a v tom případě použijeme s největší pravděpodobností opět tento hotel.

Race across austria Boxenstopp/bad hofgastein nach Graz.

Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr köstlich, das Zimmer war super und mit Balkon. Was sehr wichtig ist, wenn man die radbekleidung auswaschen kann.

Leider die anderen Leute, die glauben sie sind alleine auf er Welt und da kann das hotel nichts dafür. Der Lärm war lästig.

Extrem freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sauber, schöner und sehr sauberer Spa- & Wellnessbereich!

Jammern auf hohem Niveau: das Abendessen (Buffet) hatte vorwiegend ziemlich deftige, bzw. schwere Gerichte zu bieten. Sehr üppig, mit Sahne gebundenen Saucen, üppigen Beilagen. Alles sehr schmackhaft, aber für ein Kurhotel...? Eine etwas leichtere Küche, oder wenigstens ein vegetarisches Gericht wäre vielleicht nicht schlecht.

Zimmergröẞe war sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren sauber! Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das 3Gang Menü am Abend ist zu empfehlen, Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Sehr beachtlich: das Hotel hat sich auf meine Bewertung wegen der Irritation der Menükarte eines Partnerhauses, welche an der Rezeption ausgelegt war, gemeldet und sich aufrichtig dafür entschuldigt. Diese Karte ist angeblich bereits besser kenntlich gemacht, dass das Restaurant nicht im Hause ist.

Die Restaurant-Karte an der Rezeption war irreführend.

Die Lage des Hotels war gut und wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich . Parkplatz war direkt vor dem Hotel. Betten sind bequem, Essen ist gut.

Das Hotel ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer war zu dritt (ausgezogenes Schlafsofa) ein wenig eng. Aber wir waren nur eine Nacht da, daher für uns völlig ok.

The stay is in a nice surrounding environment. The staff is very respectful.

Inability to put suitcases in the closet - lack of storage space. Dinner, a choice of three menus - already in the morning I have to choose what I want in the evening! Portions very small, even if three courses are small. We are used to buffet dinners. In the description of the hotel it is written that if the hotel is occupied, buffet dinner. The hotel was almost full, so dinner was a choice of three menus. I am not satisfied with this. Sauna - did not work. Around 2 p.m. we went from the pool to the wellness area and nothing was working. Sad.

Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms very clean. Location is very good with an amazing view of the mountains.

Got so hot during the day it was almost unbearable to stay in the room. A four star hotel should offer fans or aircon. All the lamps had no lamp shade, so not very nice atmosphere at night when the lights were turned on.

The hotel was The most outdsted hotel i have ever visited in my life. The rooms were so Old School and The bathroom so ugly that it was so inacceptable! Furthermore the pictures do not match the real thing!!!! Menu boring Breakfast booring - they couldn’t even make boiled eggs:((((

Everything at this hotel is done with a bit of class. The four-course meal in the evening is superb. The pool is heated, with a robe and sliders for the Spa area provided on arrival. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The maid service is excellent. The mattress is very comfortable, not excessively firm (like those provided in many hotels). The hotel is located a short walk from the town centre, and with the Gastein Card (provided on arrival) using the local buses is convenient and inexpensive. We had a spacious room with a large balcony, looking towards the mountains, with plenty of cupboard space.

This hotel has the unpleasant shelf toilets we’ve only encountered in Austria, but otherwise I have nothing negative to say.

Was made to sit in the back of the restaurant at breakfast for reasons unknown, despite there being a lot of free tables in the front area of the restaurant which was lighter and nicer. Would have been nice to have had some more options like smoked salmon at breakfast.

Old utilities in the bathroom, difficult to fix the water temperature at a pleasent level (or too hot, or too cold), no mini bar in the room which should be in a 4 star hotel, and not even a fridge. Not soundprooved at all, in the morning already before 8.00 the maids very speaking loud with eachother both cleaning different rooms, so they woke us up. Pillow (only 1 pillow per person) was unconfortable, In our opinion very expensive for the value we got compaired what we usually are getting in other 4* hotels :( :( :(
