Food was amazing, staff was very friendly, hotel was very clean.
Spa area closes at 19:30 which is way too soon if you want to use it after dinner which is from 18:00 to 20:00. Before dinner it is pretty crowded.

perfect and we will be back!
we have visited several times and this visit did not disappoint. The rooms, the facilities all so clean and spot on. The staff are also lovely .
I feel it is over heated- if the rooms and communal dinning rooms were a couple of degrees cooler I would be more comfortable and it would also save money and be better for the environment.

Very hospitable hotel with wonderful facilities.
Fantastic, staff were very helpful and friendly, beautiful mountain views from our balcony, spa and wellness facilities were extremely good, room was modern, spacious and clean. Breakfast was wonderful, had everything that we needed, we asked for gluten free bread and they provided it. The town was thriving and full of Tirolean character. We liked it so much so we extended our stay with two more days!
Air-conditioning would have been helpful as we stayed during a very hot few days!

No refrigerator in the room, the full transparent glass door leading into the bathroom/WC does not provide any privacy at all

Magical
Everything was great from staff to owner to facilities, but I have to highlight the meals served at the hotel which were some of the best we have ever tried including at 5 star hotels. The chef there is truly incredible! All in all, just a tremendous stay and would highly recommend it to anyone!!
