Great location, good value for money, lovely staff.

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We welcomed additional storage for skies and ski boots downstairs. Staff was very helpful as they helped us to buy ski passes, gave us a Gestain card for local discounts and timetable for ski buses. Ski bus is right in front of the apartment, making it very easy to get to cable car. Sauna was available to book from 4pm until 9pm at the reception. Ski resort was fantastic, with plenty of options for food, family friendly and no queues. Grocery stores in walking distance. City center has plenty of nice pubs and bars and ice skating ring.

Handwash was not provided.

Fantastic place to stay in Bad Hofgastein for winter sports

Great location, spotlessly clean, well appointed and cosy. Easy to get around on ski bus from just outside the apartment. Short walk into town.

Excellent value for money

Location is perfect. Bus stop for skibus, which runs often, is in front of the house. A few stops to Bad Hofgastein skilift. From there other skibuses available if needed. City centre, thermepark is in a walking distance (10 minutes). Aldi, Eurospar supermarkets are close. City center is small, but very cozy with nice places to eat. Sauna can be booked just for you for every evening for extra fee, which is very symbolic.

May look a little bit oldfashioned. Tiny kitchen.

Very nice, cozy and clean. Had everything we needed!

Apartments Christophorus had everything we needed. A well equipped kitchenette, a refrigerator with a freezer, comfortable beds, big wardrobes and a nice, clean bathroom. The bathroom even had heated flooring, which was amazing after spending the day skiing at low temperatures! The facility also offers sauna for a cheap extra payment. It was very enjoyable. We had complete privacy and the sauna itself was very good. It really felt like a small, private spa.

If you are lucky with the neighbours, it might be perfect

Really nice apartmen, spacy, good location.

The sound isolation is not good. We had a group of young Germans for neighbors and we could hear everything. I know, it’s a gamble, but with 2 small kids not sleeping due to this, it’s a gamble I am not taking next time. Plus there are no roller shutters (window blinds), so there is quite a lot of light coming into the bedrooms.

Solid option

Easy parking right in front of the door. Location near the centre of the town. Simple check-in and check-out procedures. Bad Hofgastein is a lovely place.

The kitchen corner is relatively tiny. WiFi was not entirely reliable. The thin walls do not protect much from noise from other apartments. Other Austrian destinations usually provide a higher standard of service (you usually don't have to ask for handwashing soap there...).

Just a big thank you :) to my host.

I had a really nice stay at the appartment. The staff is very friendly and they try their best to help you, they explained the town to me with a map and how to get around and what to do. It was amazing and friendly and i recommend it. The appartment has a parking spot if you come by car, the bus is 50m away from the building, so if you are on a ski trip it is the perfect place to stay. Aldi, a supermarket is just 5minutes walking from the house, and the kitchen in your room is equiped with everything you need. Usually there are not enough things to cook with when i travel around, but this kitchen had plates and pots and cuttlery and cutting board and absolutely anything you need. It is very clean, spacious enough for when you are sitting inside, so if you need a cozy place this is your choice.

great stay during ski holiday

location, just 15 meters from the ski bus. 10 minutes bu walk from the city centre, 4 minutes from two big supermarkets. apartment had 3 bedrooms and salon, two bathrooms. very well equipped. we had everything for cooking for the family.

ski dry room was pretty small. but still enough for storage ski equipment.

Disappointing

Apartment facilities, location-close to bus stop, shops, center

Host and Booking.com unwillingness to understand, that mostly we are humans, not tourists. Prepare your travel insurances to cover nonrefundable amount in case you need to cancel your booking after period of free cancelation, otherwise it would cost you a lot of tension to request assistance. Usually in most places of accommodation, in case you cancel even one day before check-in, the paid amount less 50% penalty fee would be refunded- unfortunately some of our friends didn`t meet such understanding and kind exception from the Host and Booking.com.- each one excused itself with the other

- they charged me "Ortstaxe" once more even they receive it from Booking.com - noisy fridge when you sleep in the same room - not every apartment has a dedicated parking slot

After a ski injury, the owner offered to change the apartment to a more comfortable one. Flexible approach to the client, competitive price, nice owners, adequate equipment of the apartments, properly equipped kitchen, lift, ski room, clean, a bit old-fashioned, bus stop 20 meters, free parking.

The room is near the center (3 min), it is perfect. The lady in the hotel is very kind. The room was clean and very large. You have there all you need for cooking in the kitchen, living room - good sofa, tv and another room for sleeping. You can left the keys by the lady. Everything was perfect.
