Preis-Leistung ist ok. Bett, Bad und Küche waren wirklich sauber.

Die Ecken waren nicht gut geputzt. Es gab überhaupt kein Personal, was ja eigentlich auch ok ist. Aber dann muss man das Objekt vernünftig beschildert. Im Innenhof geht das Licht mit dem Bewegungsmelder erst an, wenn man 2 Meter vor der Tür steht. Vorher stolpert man da im Dunkeln rum.

verkehrsmäßig gut angebunden, alles ordentlich ausgestattet und gepflegt, gut zugänglich, Kontakt mit Personal im großen Haus auch online möglich :-)

Ausstattung sehr gut. Allerdings muss die Sofa-Garnitur neu aufgepolstert werden und die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer demnächst mal ersetzt werden. Sonst passt es :-) Danke!

Nettes Apartment, sehr gut geeignet für 4 Erwachsene.

Der Vermieter war sehr nett: wir hatten am Abreisetag irrtümlich den Zimmerschlüssel mitgenommen, waren jedoch nur ca. 30 km entfernt. Wir konnten den Schlüssel am nächsten Tag per Post zurück senden und mussten nicht die 30km zurück fahren.

Prima kamer, maar Christophorus is duidelijk opgezet voor de omzet.

De medewerker (dronken(?) man met staart) beloofde een e-mail te sturen met de Gastenkaarten (die korting geeft bij attracties en waarmee openbaar vervoer gratis is) Maar die mail stuurde hij niet. Daarna kostte het nóg een dag om via een andere medewerker de Gastenkaarten te bemachtigen. Ik moet 3 x om de mail met de Gastenkaarten vragen. Mijn e-mailadres zou niet kloppen. Dit is onzin, ik had het juist ingevuld. EN ze hadden me kunnen bellen. Wij hebben veel korting misgelopen omdat die lui onze Gastenkaarten, in mijn ogen, geen prioriteit maken. Verder staan er op Booking -tig foto's van interieuren appartementen bij Christophorus. Die zien er ruim uit, met een hoekbank en grote keuken en van alles. Dat suggereert dat je zo iets boekt. In de praktijk was ons appartement piepklein.

Ligging, rustige locatie, parkeergelegenheid bij het appartement

Iets gedateerd, goede ontvangst echter daarna kon geen contact gekregen worden met de beheerder. Wel met de vriendelijke onderhouds/schoonhoud medewerkers. We hebben enkele keren op diverse manieren gevraagd om de digitale Gästekarte op te sturen. Deze hebben we echter tijdens ons verblijf van 4 dagen niet ontvangen

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Aus persönlichen Gründen war es uns wichtig an dieser Stelle ein Apartment zu buchen. Das Apartment ist groß, (Schlafraum, Wohnbereich, Küche, Flur, Badezimmer und Balkon) und sehr sehr sauber. In der Küche war alles, was man braucht ausreichend vorhanden, den Wohnbereich haben wir relativ selten genutzt, die Couch war zu durchgesessen. Dafür war der Balkon sehr schön. Das Badezimmer war erst ein Erstaunen - aber he, das ist Nachhaltigkeit! Gemacht für die Ewigkeit, tiptop sauber, alles im Originalzustand, Respekt - da wäre manches Museum echt neidisch. Der Empfang/ Anreise war dank WhatsApp unkompliziert. Ein Aufzug ( Haus 1) ist natürlich komfortabel. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit das Personal, sogar die Mülltonnen waren sauber, das Grün rundum sowieso und der nummerierte Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist Luxus. Das Internet war relativ stabil. Super waren auch die vielen Steckdosen im Apartment, findet man nicht allzu oft! Im Keller fanden wir eine Tischtennisplatte mit ordentlichen Kellen und Bällen. Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt, draußen war es heiß genug. An der Rezeption findet man vielfältiges Info- Material zum Ort und zu Aktivitäten.

Die Matratzen mußten wir tauschen lassen, nach drei schlechten Nächten wurde aber Abhilfe geschaffen. Wirklich nicht gefallen haben uns die Gardinen, für Hausstauballergetiker ein Graus!

Wir können es absolut NICHT empfehlen!

Die Lage war gut, nur ca. 10 Min. in's Zentrum. Lebensmittelgeschäfte gleich in der Nähe. Nachts war es trotz Lage neben der Straße ruhig. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Wir haben ein großes Appartement gebucht, die Bewertungen waren insgesamt in Ordnung. Leider haben wir eine Wohnung/Appartement bekommen die extrem schmutzig war. Unser Baby hatte beim Krabbeln dunkelbraune Flecken am Knie. Überall Tierhaare, vor allem im Teppich. Hinter dem Nachtschrank ein riesiger Schimmelfleck an der Wand. Haben uns beschwert und ein alternatives Appartement bekommen (das war besser, aber auch da nicht sehr gut geputzt, Nägel standen aus der Sockelleiste und Loch in der Steckdose - nicht geeignet mit Baby/Kind). Zusätzlich hat uns der Vermieter erst am 5. Tag die Gastein Card zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir können es absolut NICHT empfehlen!

If you are lucky with the neighbours, it might be perfect

Really nice apartmen, spacy, good location.

The sound isolation is not good. We had a group of young Germans for neighbors and we could hear everything. I know, it’s a gamble, but with 2 small kids not sleeping due to this, it’s a gamble I am not taking next time. Plus there are no roller shutters (window blinds), so there is quite a lot of light coming into the bedrooms.

Kahvaltı dahil miydi emin değilim. Otele ulaşmamızdan ayrılmamıza hiç otel personeli görmedik. Otelden ayrılır ayrılmaz hiç görmediğimiz personel aradı ve şehir vergisi ödememiz gerektiğini söyledi. IBAN paylaştılar para istediler. Booking.com üzerinden ödediğimiz söyledim ısrar ettiler.

Solid option

Easy parking right in front of the door. Location near the centre of the town. Simple check-in and check-out procedures. Bad Hofgastein is a lovely place.

The kitchen corner is relatively tiny. WiFi was not entirely reliable. The thin walls do not protect much from noise from other apartments. Other Austrian destinations usually provide a higher standard of service (you usually don't have to ask for handwashing soap there...).

Just a big thank you :) to my host.

I had a really nice stay at the appartment. The staff is very friendly and they try their best to help you, they explained the town to me with a map and how to get around and what to do. It was amazing and friendly and i recommend it. The appartment has a parking spot if you come by car, the bus is 50m away from the building, so if you are on a ski trip it is the perfect place to stay. Aldi, a supermarket is just 5minutes walking from the house, and the kitchen in your room is equiped with everything you need. Usually there are not enough things to cook with when i travel around, but this kitchen had plates and pots and cuttlery and cutting board and absolutely anything you need. It is very clean, spacious enough for when you are sitting inside, so if you need a cozy place this is your choice.

location, just 15 meters from the ski bus. 10 minutes bu walk from the city centre, 4 minutes from two big supermarkets. apartment had 3 bedrooms and salon, two bathrooms. very well equipped. we had everything for cooking for the family.

ski dry room was pretty small. but still enough for storage ski equipment.
