Location, clean rooms, silent place
Different pictures of the rooms on booking pages and advertisement and different reality. Automatic lights in the toilet room, so during the night lighting with bright light and shining to the sleepy eyes - very uncomfortable.
Advertised kitchen - but kitchen incl. breakfast closed.
