Von außen in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, von innen aber viele neu renovierte Räume, so die Zimmer und der Wellnessbereich. Sehr freundliches Personal, gute ruhige Lage am Rand der Fußgängerzone.

Uns hat dieses Hotel wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und stets hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend: Man konnte Prosecco genießen, es gab eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Käsesorten, und Eier konnten ganz nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet werden – ob Omelett oder andere Varianten. Besonders schön war auch die große Auswahl an hochwertigen Teesorten, die man sich selbst frisch aufbrühen konnte. Auch das Abendessen war sehr lecker, mit abwechslungsreichen und gut durchdachten Menüs. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und von hoher Qualität.

Sehr gutes Abendessen und ein kleines Geschenk auf dem Zimmer. Perfekte Lage in Bad Hofgastein und schöne Fassade.

Erholsam und Ruhig

Die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personales überdeckt alles andere. Trotzdem habe ich die Spar Bemühungen in allen Bereichen wahrgenommen. Auch dieses Hotel hätte eine grundlegende Auffrischung nötig.

Ich bin der Meinung dass ich halt ein Booking Zimmer erhalten habe, was für mich bedeutet ein altes ein Bettzimmer, dunkel und ohne Aussicht. Dann die diskreten, aber für mich bemerkbaren Hinweise dass auch der Hotelgast sich sparsam verhalten soll.
