Great stay at a nice hotel at a perfect location with access to an extensive Spa facility.
Perfect location, next to the bus station, train station and ski lift. Nice breakfast, clean room with a very good bed (I am 100+ KG). Also the restaurant had a nice menu with enough variation. The staff was very friendly and supportive. Also the access to the very extensive Spa facilities was a great bonus!
There was a small mix up with my reservation (between booking.com and the hotel) but the hotel solved this immediately on the day of arrival so it did not impact my Holiday experience.

Es steht dass das Hotel über einen direkten Thermenzugang verfügt - dies ist leider nicht ganz so der Fall. Mann muss einfach raus gehen eine Straße entlang gehen (Fußmarsch ca. 2 min) und dann kommt man erst in die Therme.

Kurzer Fußweg zur Gondel, perfekt zum Schifahren
Sehr gute Lage zum Schilift (Gondel). Angenehm ist der ebenerdige Schiraum. Sehr fein ist das inkludierte Thermenangebot. Freundliches Personal vor allem an der Rezeption und Bar! Ausreichendes Frühstück, bequeme Betten.
Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Sehr enttäuschend war das Abendessen, dass wir als Halbpension mitgebucht hatten, das Jugendherbergenniveau hatte, sehr schade, das ist auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen und passt auch nicht zum Preis der Unterkunft. Unser Zimmer war schön renoviert, das Bad allerdings nicht und so eng, dass man fast über das WC steigen muss, um in die Dusche zu gelangen, aber durch den Gratiseintritt in die Felsentherme musste man die Dusche nicht oft benutzen. Der Großteil des Personals spricht kein Deutsch, nur englisch und schwedisch aufgrund der vorwiegend schwedischen Gäste und nur einige Kellnerinnen waren unmotiviert und unaufmerksam, großteils aber sehr freundlich. Ich würde trotzdem wiederkommen, allerdings ohne Halbpension.

Lage sehr gut für Skifahrer und der gratis Thermenzutritt ist nach einem Skitag sehr fein. Wobei der bei dem Preis ohnehin einkalkuliert ist.
Gealterte Ausstattung insbesondere die Mini Dusche ohne abnehmbaren Brausekopf. Das Frühstück ist um fast leergeräumt und wird spärlich nachgefüllt. Qualität ok aber auch nicht mehr.

Die Lage zu Skilift und Therme ist gut.
Der Speisesaal ist renovierungsbedürftig, Frühstück war a la Jugendherberge. Schinkenwurst, komische Weichwurst,, Schnittkäse, Fertigrührei und Würstl, Kaffee aus dem Automaten nicht trinkbar. WC-Nische im Bad knapp breiter als die Muschel-musste sich am WC-Papierhalter vorbei ein- und ausfädeln. Matratzen zu weich. Bis auf Rezeption und Anna vom Lokal gesamtes Personal nicht deutsch sprechend.

Placeringen var fantastisk! Det var herligt at man kan komme hurtigt på ski, samtidigt med at værelserne også var behagelige og rene! Jeg kunne sagtens finde på at tage tilbage og bo her!
