We expected more

Garage (extra 6€ per day) and easy access from luggage to the room.

We expected a room with a nice view, but instead we were facing another building. At the reception they told if that next time we should not book a budget room - we weren’t aware of the category when we book as was not informed and the price was quite high. They have many buildings so you probably won’t stay in the beauty building that you see in booking. Breaking is just on the weekends and quite poor. Also note that you have to pay 23€ per person for a pack of towels and robe for your stay.

Would recommend

Big and comfortable apartments with all the small details in the kitchen, bathroom. Quite place with a fantastic view from the balcony, perfect Therma pool and multiple various saunas. Even has small shop if short for some groceries.

Liked basically everything, apart from renovation, wrapped in scaffolding of the main building, which was an unpleasant surprise.

nice location, all you need in an apartment from appliances and dining ware are provided, water was hot and room warm and nice

self service level against the cost is not reasonable also the pictures are not showing reality as they put you in another building not main and its a bit old, dark and not as aesthetically pleasing

A beautiful hotel in a very picturesque ski area. Great skiing lifts nearby.

Excellent restaurant food that can be taken away to your apartment. Great vegan options.

WiFi connection was poor at times. Streaming movies would buffer a lot. The bedroom was much too warm for sleeping. The comforters were too thick for a hot room.

Beautiful surroundings, friendly staff, the perfect place to stay in Bad Gastein

The view was spectacular from our apartment. It was also a very peaceful and quiet location. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Though we didn't have time to use the facilities - pool, massage, etc - there certainly seemed to be ample amenities, including an on-site shop.

It's a small thing, but it wasn't clear at the time of booking that there wouldn't be complimentary tea or coffee in the room (there usually is elsewhere), so we needed to go to the nearest supermarket to get it, which was less than ideal after a long journey. Also, if you want dinner at the restaurant, you must make reservations the day before. Another thing to be aware of is the guest cleans the dishes and cutlery in the room by hand, so I felt the need to clean them myself before use as I couldn't be sure of the standards of the previous occupant.

just notice the images on the site show a lovely old building with a classic luxurious feel to it but when you get there most of the rooms are actually in neighbouring modern apartment buildings. the rooms are similar to the ones depicted but don’t have that extra atmosphere of the original building.

Really beautiful and wonderful view from the balcony and beautiful main building of the hotel.

It was very beautiful view from the balcony and very practical with possibility to have your own breakfast it the room on the balcony. Amazingly beautiful view and access to pool in the hotel. Also a small shop to buy breakfast bread and similar in. We only stayed two nights but it was close to the town where we walked to and had dinners. We travelled by electric car and there was charging available in the hotel at good price. (5 Euro per occasion so really good price if you charge a lot)

We had an amazing stay, we can definately recommend Hapimag!

It had a great location, close to bus stop and hiking routes. The hotel is a bit far from railwaystation and grocery store but you can easily move by bus. The hotel had it’s own small store and fresh bread every morning. Also a great restaurant and a pool and wellness areas.

i love how convenient the place is! they have their own small grocery shop inside the HOTEL! the ski bus is walking distance from the property, the staff are so warm and helpful! I am so happy to celebrate my birthday in this wonderful place. ❤️

I am not sure if this was caused by Booking.com or the hotel, but the description promised both balcony and garden terrace. So you might be dissapointed when you end up with the other one from these two than you wanted

The main building is great. The pool and the view are amazing- great to relax after a day of ski. You can find all needed ski facilities.

The actual rooms are in another complex. Little storage place (if you are a family of four, at least). Questionable cleanliness and an awkward smell in the room.

Trevligt, mysigt och funktionellt!

Oerhört fint boende. Fräscht och välstädat och en perfekt liten lägenhet för våra behov. Enkelt att ta sig till och från centrum och till alla liftsystem med stadens bussar. Fin pool med bra aktiviteter (vattengympa bland annat, perfekt för den familjemedlem som inte åker skidor). Skönt att man kunde boka tvättmaskin. Supertrevlig personal som verkligen var tillmötesgående och hjälpte till med allt vi behövde.

En av oss fick sova i soffan och det var inte den bekvämaste sängen. Men det var inte olidligt utan det gick an. Vi saknade också möjlighet till ugn, hellre ugn än mikrovågsugn kände vi. Men detta är verkligen petitesser som vägdes upp av allt det andra trevliga!
