We had a fantastic stay at Haus Nefer!A special thanks goes to Edda, who was very kind and helpful with detailed local tips. The breakfast she did for us was a highligh. It tasted great and was very rich with plenty of variety. The location is excellent, being very close to the town center. It is also super convenient for skiers and travelers, located just 800 meters from both the train station and the ski resort. Highly recommended!

I have absolutely nothing negative to say. Everything was organized well and felt very comfortable for us. We were happy with the entire experience from start to finish.

Outstanding Hosting Experience

We had a wonderful winter stay. The accommodation was very pleasant, and the hospitality of the hosts was truly exceptional. Breakfasts were generous and varied. The main part of town was just a short walk away, and both ski and cross-country trails were easily accessible—either by public transport nearby or by car, with parking conveniently located across from the property. The outdoor hot tub in the garden was a real treat after a day on the slopes—refreshing and relaxing!

The bathroom was a bit small, and our room faced the courtyard with one window looking directly onto the wall of the neighboring building.

Perfect stay in a beautiful spot ;)

We absolutely loved our stay at Nefer House! The hosts are lovely, very welcoming and friendly. They made us feel at home :) the house has been recently refurbished and there’s plenty of additional facilities like kitchen, wine bar, jacuzzi, ski room. The house is located very close to the ski bus and restaurants. Bad Gastein itself is a beautiful little town, very picturesque and we really enjoyed walking around it in the evening. I would highly recommend the ski area, Nefer House and Bad Gastein. We know we will be back next season :)

We liked everything about this stay. The warm welcome and kindness of the hosts, the superb breakfast, the quality of the building, the beds, the facilities. Really good. But also the tips for skiing and restaurants and the knowledge of the surroundings. This really made our stay even better. We would love to come back and also experience it in summer.

Great place, beautiful, cozy, modern new rooms, incredible views of the mountains, especially the morning sunrise. We must highlight the great service from Andreas and his wife and the royal breakfast. It was such an experience for us, like we were one family, we will be very happy to come back and thank you very much.

The Best Stay in Badgastein

This is the best booking.com stay I have had any where in the world !! We felt like family and Edda & Andreas could not go out of their way enough to ensure we had a 10 star stay !! Großzügiges und gemütliches Apartment mit reizenden Gastgebern

Traumhaft großzügiges Apartment auf oberster Etage (mit eigenem Aufzug), Rundum-Balkon sowie schöner Ausblick auf Berg und Tal. Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Charmante und überaus hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die dem Haus eine sehr persönliche Note geben. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und umsorgt. Schön, dass der Hund dabei sein durfte und ansonsten auch alles sehr unkompliziert ablief, von der Buchung bis zum Checkout. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Haltestelle für den Skibus in 50m Entfernung, Spazierpromenade/Waldweg (gut für die Hunderunde) ums Eck, kurzer Spaziergang bis zum Dorfzentrum. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Kleiner Hinweis auf das Kapselsystem der Kaffeemaschine - ist Cafissimo (nicht Nesp....). Es war wie so oft mit dem Urlaub - zu kurz ;-)

A tulajdonos mindenről informált minket, nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A szoba tágas, extra felszereltségű, ízléses kiegészítőkkel. Az ágy hatalmas, kényelmes. Makulátlan tisztaság az egész épületben. A közös konyha nagyon praktikus, mindennel rendelkezik, amire csak szükség lehet. Gyönyörű a kilátás. A parkoló biztonságos. Csak jókat tudok írni. Szuper szállás. Nyáron is kipróbáljuk.

- Tolles Frühstück!!! - Top ausgestattete und moderne Küche - Sehr bequeme Betten - Beheizter Jacuzzi im Garten - Eigener Weinkeller - Trockenraum - Sofaecke im Erdgeschoss - Aufzug - Balkon - Gute Anbindung (Bus/Bahn) - Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber!! Long story short: alles super! Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Wir waren von der Gastfreundschaft und Fürsorge von Edda und Andreas begeistert. Da das Wetter leider schlecht war, hat Edda kurzerhand angeboten, uns zur nahegelegenen Destillerie zu fahren. Dort gab es eine kleine Führung und anschließend eine Verkostung. Leicht angedüdelt wurden wir im Anschluss netterweise zur Astenalm gefahren und mussten nicht den Bus nehmen. Zurück im Nefer Haus haben wir mit den Weinempfehlungen von Edda im beheizten Jacuzzi den Abend eingeläutet, bevor wir uns später in der sehr modernen Küche unser Abendessen gekocht haben. Was für ein Tag!

Tolle Unterkunft, die wir nur empfehlen können

Sehr liebe und aufmerksame Gastgeber, bei denen wir uns gleich wohlgefühlt haben. Eine schöne Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht und der man auch ansieht, das sie mit viel Liebe gestaltet wurde. Außerdem ist alles wie neu. Ein unglaublich tolles Frühstück und einfach alles in allem super.

Aller hartelijkst ontvangst door de eigenaren… schone, zeer goed gefaciliteerde accomodatie.

Enige minpunt is dat het aan een drukke weg ligt maar als de ramen dicht zijn, heb je er geen last van.

Einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen

Sehr herzliche und angenehme Gastgeber, neu renoviertes Haus in zentraler und ruhiger Lage mit gehobener Ausstattung und schöner Aussicht. Herausragend ist das Frühstück, schon am 2. Morgen waren unsere individuellen Vorlieben berücksichtigt worden, täglich gab es einige selbst zubereitete Aufstriche, Obst ist den ganzen Tag verfügbar. Wir fühlten uns ganz besonders wohl.

10/10 plus extra Stern für die Gastgeberin

Wunderschönes Haus, was mit viel Liebe saniert wurde. Das Boxspringbett lässt einen schlafen wie eine Königin. Die Gastgeberin ist eine sehr liebe und spannende Person mit der man sich stundenlang wunderbar unterhalten kann. Eine tolle, familiäre Atmosphäre in einer wunderschönen Umgebung.
