Great spot for a short ski break

Very comfortable, nice views, great breakfast - friendly and helpful staff

A little bit out of town, however it was far better value - only 1 stop on the bus or 10 minute walk

Nice place to stay with family - friendly people

The staff, especially the lady at the reception is very helpful and friendly. She speaks and understands English well. Also understanding of family needs. There is a common area with kitchen where you can relax and play games with your friends and family. The breakfast was really good.

In the pictures in booking.com, they show the pool. But this is not in the hotel. Maybe in a therme nearby. This maybe a bit misleading.

Lovely place and friendly staff, warmly recommended!

Cosy and clean hotel with amazing views to town and mountains, only a few minutes walk from the train station. Great breakfast. Friendly and extremely helpful owner. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Double room was a bit small for two ladies with a lot of stuff but worked out fine for a couple of nights :)

I liked the breakfast, there was everything I needed. The room and bathroom was nice and clean. The staff was really nice.

Our room didn’t have air conditioning which made the air quality bad. Also you did have to cross a busy street to get somewhere.

Summertime Alps Hotel it was very good. Inchecking was easy - just pick your keys from the desk if the is no stuff at the place. Room was clean and nice, cleaning every day. Staff was very nice and helpful, nice talks over the stay :) Breakfast good enough, not a big hotel buffé, but I liked it anyway, all you need to start a new hiking day.

Wasn’t a problem for me but Bad Gastein is very hard place to move because of the nature. You really need to use your muscles to go anywhere you want :D Get prepared to walk up or down heading to hotel or from there.

Basic BF, location was good as bus stop basically in front of Hotel

Well if you want to sleep at nights, choose another property. There is a night club beside the hotel and corridor connection for noise to come. But if you fancy going there or other places and go to bed after 04, all is good. We had a heating system brokage also, so the room was cold for a day or two.

The location was perfect, just a bus stop away from the Ski lift. Inita was very kind and made us feel at home. She provided recommendations of where to have dinner and they were spot on.

The staff was amazing, so helpful and welcoming! would recommend this place to everyone who’s visiting Bad Gastein!

Could be some noise from the Pub next to the hotel but after a full day of skiing it didn’t disturb at all.

Property is very close to train station 🚉. Inita was very kind and helpful. She gave us so much information about local area and the best activities in Bad Gastein. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of options for vegetarians. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. We had nice and relaxed time and highly recommend Hotel Bristol.

Superb

Hotel is well situated in a center of the city, few steps from hotel is bus stop of ski bus. Rooms were clean and staff was very kind and help us with everything.

The heating wasnt running during the nights on the top floor. For adults it is OK, but we traveled with 1,5 year old kid, so stuff gave us additional heaters what fixed the problem.

Central and great-value Hotel

We enjoyed our one night stay at Hotel Bristol. We staff was really nice and helpful. We got great recommendations. The hotel has a central location, as it is in between the waterfall and the public spa. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was also really good.

Great stay

Great little hotel that had everything I needed. It was clean, the room was nice and had a balcony with a view over the town and the mountains. Very kind and friendly staff that was very helpful and made me feel welcome at any time. Would stay again if I visit Bad Gastein
