We liked the infrastructure of the aparthotel. Ski room with direct exit. Location was great. Everything what needed for self catering.

We would expect to have salt and pepper, but I guess that might be against safety rules.

Clean and nice flat in a good location. Staff are very friendly.

Had to pay extra for towels and bed linen. No soap or washing up liquid. Checkout is at 9:30 am and cannot be changed.

Superb

The appartment was quite big, clean and the kitchen had a lot of good equiptment. There is a ski-room in the basement, you can use modern elevator to get there. The hotel provided us (after a request) 1 extra parking space. The rooms, the parking lot, the apartment area, the ski-room and the apartments were accessible only with key card, so everything was secured. Very good location for skiers. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Two bedrooms (of the 3 bedrooom apartment) were next to each other with not a proper door. You had to cross the first bedroom to get to the 2nd one. The 1st bedroom didn't have any window and was not very spacy.

The penthouse apartment is fabulous, amazing view over the town and valley. Everything is supplied, the apartment is hug, 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bad Gastein.

Paid 86.20 EUR, which was not present during the booking, in order to clean the apartment after checkout. This was not present during the booking from Boken. From any increase in the price imposed because the customer booked according to the Boken price, he was able to choose another hotel without an increase in the price, but before arrival it is done inform him. Please do as you see fit.

Hidden treasure in the valley

- Excellent location, next to the waterfall, close to the city center - Comfortable and spacious rooms, big living room - Clean building and surroundings - Comfortable undergroung garage - Beautiful small town in the mountains

-No soap and shower gel in the bathroom -No dish soap in the kitchen (as we arrived Sunday, we couldn't even buy these in the first day, since supermarkets were closed) -The non-opening windows were dirty

I think in this price the bed sheets should be included. They have a strict rules how to leave the apartman and charge you lot of money if you, dont follow this, but you should pay 95 euro cleaning fee as well in the beginning.
