The Bärenhof is really not suitable for regular guests (non therapy-guests). Apart from the location (which is right acr

The location and easy access to the skiing area and city center.

Everything else. - outdated furniture - very thin walls - inadequate amenities (e.g. Shampoo and body Wash from Balea in its original package) - unprofessional handling of customer request - parking situation unclear and insufficient - unhygienic wardrobe (smelly bath robes with hair strand on it)

reserved tables for breakfast ?! We had to change the table that we had our breakfast ! We had to leave early ( at 8am ) in order to catch a flight . there was no one in front desk to check out! There was one man that didn’t speak English ! We couldn’t communicate . I left my cell phone so they call me for paying . I had to do a bank transfer and not able to pay with card . Very annoying…

very nice staff and good location + pleasant wellness (small but usable)

very, very narrow double bed. I can't imagine how we would sleep if we didn't have rather thin figures. Even so, it was very uncomfortable :(

Great location. Yummy breakfast, even for picky eaters. Great that the infra sauna was open from 7am. The spa was small but nice.

The bed was really bad, way too soft, maybe due to an old matrace, and a bit small for two people. The front desk staff didn't speak much English. There were some weird smells around the hotel, including our bathroom.

Very good

Very close to the train station and ski lift, walking distance to the old town of Bad Gastein. Very friendly staff, decent breakfast. I stayed in a recently renovated room. Another befriended couple however stayed in an older room for the same price. So perhaps worth asking to be put in the newer rooms. All together absolutely nothing to complain. Just the pool is perhaps a bit small for the peak season.

The Coffee machine was very slow causing a line that made it hard to move around.I would have like more information on the restaurant and bar, like a menu or info about what food you can order in the bar area.

Habe lt. Auskunft Rezeption Eco Zimmer gebucht, war aber nicht ersichtlich dass es für 2 Personen nur ein Bett 1,40 an der Wand gibt.

Idealna lokalizacja niedaleko stacji gondoli na stoku

Przy kilkudniowym pobycie nie miałem swojego miejsca do zjadania śniadanie. Miejsca przy stolikach były przypisane do osób pozostających w hotelu na okres dwóch tygodni i każdorazowo rano musiałem prosić o wyznaczenie mi stolika do zjedzenia śniadania
