Friendly and cozy hotel with a perfect location

Comfort Rooms Bruckner was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms were clean and big, the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect, right next to both the train station and Stubnerkogel. The staff were extremely friendly and caring, and we felt very welcome. The breakfast was also delicious. We were going skiing on the day we checked out, and they stored our luggage for us and even allowed us to change at the hotel before heading to the train. I can truly recommend this hotel!!!

THE BEST SKI HOTEL IN ALPS!

Amazing location (ski lift is really just some 50m away), modern, comfortable and quiet. You can spend an hours by looking how snow cover woods (like i do, because of ski accident at very begining of our vacation :( ) . You got hearthy breakfast with superb coffee (Not regular hotel coffee! Real espresso or flat white from "Jura" machine). Hotel is very well cared by owner - sweet lady Edith and her helpers (Thank You, Silvia, for such great care of us). We feel like we are at home with family! If You want to be happy with everything at Your ski or bike vacation - this is Your choice! 11* or 12* points insted of 10.

The host is wonderful - very gentle, caring, and dedicated to providing the best experience not only within the place but overall from staying in the city. Helped me a lot since I was a casual traveler. Lots of interesting facts I learned, along with recommendations.

Comfortable place to stay within easy reach of the town centre.

The rooms are located near the station but no noise could be heard. There is a good restaurant next door where prices are reasonable and food is good. My room is large and could easily accommodate a family of four. Unusual on the continent there were tea making facilities. There is also a fridge so families could store food for snacks. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the coffee was excellent. Bad Gastein is quite small and it is easy to reach the waterfall and town centre. Dogs are welcome and there is secure parking behind the hotel.

The owner was incredibly warm and helpful, our room was huge and extremely nice. The hotel position is just perfect, in front of the station and beside the thermes. A wonderful staying on every aspect. Highly recommended

Clean, comfortable and extremely good location beside the train station, the ski slopes, shops and restaurants and supermarket and pharmacy! The family room was big and spacious.

A warm continental breakfast would be nice, although I understand the cold platter is traditionally Austrian!

Sehr freundliche Chefin und Mitarbeiterin. Zimmer sehr sauber und geräumig. Frühstücksbuffet umfangreich und lecker. Lage optimal in Bahnhofsnähe und unmittelbar bei der Therme.

Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist der fehlende Zugang zu den einzelnen Film- und Musikseiten.

Ein Kleinod an bester Stelle in Bad Gastein

Das Frühstücksei perfekt, das dezent eingerichtete Zimmer ruhig mit eigener Terrasse, ein Badezimmer perfekt und praktisch eingerichtet, ein sehr geräumiger Kleiderschrank. Die Chefin und das Personal waren total nett. Die Lage perfekt gegenüber dem Bahnhof - das Felsenbad eine Minute zu Fuß. Und dann noch alles komplett sauber. Alles zusammen: ein wunderschönes Kleinod an bester Stelle in Bad Gastein

Только туда! Уютная, тихая гостиница в красивейшем городе

Отличный номер - достаточно большой даже для двоих человек, а я была одна, наличие балкона для меня было идеальным, в окружении цветов и деревьев было приятно сидеть и просто наслаждаться тишиной. В номере все, как описано, есть чайник, минихолодильник, в душе подогреватель для сушки полотенец, которые, кстати , меняли и добавляли без ограничений! каждый день убирали мусор и стелили постель, количество полотенец хватит даже если вы захотите пойти в спа. СПА - 2 минут от гостиницы, магазин - 10 минут, остановки автобусов 2 минуты, поезд - 3 минуты, все просто под рукой и очень удобно путешествовать в другие города. Отдельное огромное спасибо Юдит и Сильвии - Юдит готова поделиться любой нужной информацией, всегда доступна, очень приятная, доброжелательная хозяйка! Сильвия - спасибо за завтраки, благодаря ей все было очень мило и вкусно! Рекомендую от всего сердца! Все было просто супер!

Perfekte Zimmer zum Wohlfühlen

Es ist alles da, was man braucht um sich wohlzufühlen. Großzügige Ausstattung vom bequemen Bett bis zur Fußbodenheizung im Bad. Liebevoll gestaltet bis ins kleinste Detail. Sogar frische Schnittblumen am Zimmertisch. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück und gutes Service. Habe meinen Urlaub bei Frau Bruckner sehr genossen!

Mindre hotell som ligger nära alperna och tågstationen och där värdinnan ger ett fint bemötande.

Trevlig och tillmötesgående värdinna och personal. Balkong, lugnt och tyst trots att det låg centralt. Man kände sig som hemma. Vi fick bra information om området.

Selber einmal ausprobiert

Ich war rundum zufrieden, alles war großartig. Frau Bruckner ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Ungezwungen und fast schon ein bisschen familiär war das Frühstücken mit den anderen Hotelgästen auch dank Frau Silvia.

Ruhige zentrale Lage. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Nur wenige Gehminuten von der Felsentherme entfernt. Liftstation ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Es war alles super! Die Besitzerin und die Mitarbeiterin waren super nett und hilfsbereit und haben uns gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Zentrale Lage, dennoch total ruhig, gleich beim Bahnhof, Gondel, und Busstelle. Zimmer sauber und gemütlich, leckeres Frühstück. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Das Bad und das große Zimmer sind neu renoviert. Die schöne Gestaltung und Sauberkeit sorgen für eine gemütliche, angenehme Atmosphäre! Die man auch auf der Veranda genießen kann! Die Lage ist ebenfalls erfreulich, ruhig, Zentrums- und Bahnhofsnähe. Die Chefin und Personal sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
