Bad Hofgastein is nice, but Haus Piller NOT

Location is good, the beds are confortable, wifi is ok, parking in front of the building.

It was very cold inside. The radiators were hot but could not heat. They brought us a heater when we complained about the cold, but it couldn't heat the space either. Yes, it was cold outside for a few days, but that's no excuse! It was quite dirty: the tray in the oven was dirty and burnt, the same as the pan, the pan was very scratched, the handle of the dishwasher was torn off, the kettle full of limescale... By the way, they left three towels + 2 small ones for 6 days for three adults!!!! The bathroom was very cold, the hot water came slowly, there was human hair on the wall tiles in the shower, there was almost no liquid soap, there was very little toilet paper on one roll and one whole on the side, the tablecloth on the table was stained...and much more....Shame to charge for cleaning for the stay!!!

This is the 8th time we have been to Bad Hofgastein and it gets better every time. The kids love the skiing and the Alpentherme. The food is always great, especially the Steak & Meer restaurant and the Berglift restaurant.

Excellent spacious apartment, better than we expected from the photos. Comfortable beds, good working showers. Fully equipped kitchen (in our apt). Friendly greeting, plenty of info supplied about the local area and attractions. Good location for town, therme, supermarkets and free ski buses. The owners even left for us some extra towels for our therme visit.

Location is great. Well equipped big apartment. Owner is lovely and cared. we have 2 rooms withe 2 bathrooms. 3 belconies. Big and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

Home Run Apt

Sweet apartment with two master bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Recently renovated. Balcony access from bedrooms and kitchen. Helpful and accommodating staff. 5 min walk to town center. Quick access to two groceries. Provided indoor bike storage - much appreciated!! Great stay. All good!!

Centrally located. Lovely apartment with everything one would need for a short or long stay. Washine machine, microwave and with all the utensils one would need. One can do day trips to Zell Am See, Kaprun and Salzburg within an hour and 30minutes. Just 3.30hours from Vienna. The Hosts are superb. They are always ready to help and assist you and stay just a house away. I fully recommend Haus Piller and we will surely visit again and come back to Haus Piller. Thank you Csaba & Lilla - u guys are the best. Wishing you guys more business and lots of happiness 🤗🤗🤗

Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und Tassen im Zimmer. Man hört die anderen Gäste im Haus kaum.

Etwas unpersönlich. Man trifft den Vermieter nur kurz zu Beginn und kommuniziert sonst nur per Mail.
