Vacation in a wonderful landscape

We stayed for 1 week in a one-bedroom apartment. Spacious, very clean, comfortable beds, kitchenette equipped with everything you need. The view from the balcony is wonderful towards the Stubnerkögel cable car. The Enzinger family is very kind, available at any time, helps with useful advice about spending time in the Salzburger Land. They also offer a free transport card (bus + train) in the Salzburger Land. The guesthouse is very well located in the city: close to the Spar store, Felsentherme baths, Stubnerkögel cable car, train station.

Lovely place to stay! Very friendly hosts. Everything was nice and clean. Breakfast room was very enjoyable and breakfast very delicious. Railway station, bike rental, grocery store and city center were in a close walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location and very friendly staff

Excellent location just around the corner from the railway station and Stubnerkogel ski lift. Nice and clean room, separate depot for skis and boots, delicious breakfast and nice staff. Everything went very smoothly, would stay again in Pension Appartements Gabriele.

it is very pleasant and cozy place to stay, very clean, excellent location can not be better, you can ask on reception if you need any help or smth, they always tried to help you, I like breakfast a lot, I think price was reasonable

I arrived at my birthday and it would be nice to hear happy birthday from the host and it would be nice to have hot boiled water available, however you can ask for it.

Great location, very friendly owners. For this price I really cannot complain. Shop is just 100 m away and if you forget to buy some drink, there is non-stop fridge in pension to buy some. And thank you so much, that I could have my room ready right after my arrival at 8:30 a.m.

Unexpected hidden fees are problematic

Cleanliness, size of the apartment, elevator, location.

Well, the house itself is good value for the money, but we had quite a few issues with the price and what it includes. We booked a 2 bedrooms apartment through booking.com, including breakfast. (There were no options for apartments without breakfast available). The rate was app.1000 eur for the week. 2 friends wanted to join us, so I emailed the pensionat, and asked if they could add 2 persons and how much extra would it cost? They replied, that the price is already for 4 persons, no extra cost. 3rd or 4th day at the breakfast, the lady of the house came to us, and told us that we had to pay extra after all. She said 10 eur/person/ night extra. Just like that, eventhou everything was confirmed earlier by email. I of course wanted to negotiate about this, but she got pretty mad about it. She ended up pretty rudely saying that at least the breakfast has to be paid by 2 persons for the whole stay. Ok, we agreed, eventhou it felt very weird. But we didn't want to ruin our vacation by argueing. At the invoice the breakfast ended up being 12 eur /person, not 10. How many different prices can they actually have??? Haha. This started feeling like a joke. But the annoying thing is that after our discussion, the lady of the house was pretty crumpy to us the hole rest of our week. So for us the friendliness of the house did not get through that well. The man of the house was friendly all the time thou. At booking.com, there was only city tax mentioned at the extra costs. But in reality, we also had to pay for cleaning plus the erlier mentioned breakfasts. The problem seems to be that they do not understand how booking.com works or something. Users of booking.com are used to trusting that the price is really what is said and no hidden extra fees. The extra fees should all be mentioned at booking.com reservation page. In this case it did not work like that. After all, we had to pay 260 eur by cash before departure.

Exceptional

Location is great if the skiing (or thermal baths) is the main purpose to come. But for the sightseeing you should be aware that the main area for this a bit aside and down and it can be not the best place for the sightseeing purpose. Calm area and close to everything needed the same time. Bahnhof and Stubnerkogelbahn/ Felsentherme in 7 min of lazy walking. Ski room has plenty of space and the building equipped with the lift if you are tired or don't want to use stairs for any other reason. Hosts are simply great.

Superb

We spent a long weekend in the Pension and we were really happy about our stay. We were upgraded to the apartment complete with kitchen and small living room. The Pension is very close to the station and the thermal baths and is the perfect starting point for excursions.

The mattress was a bit hard for my taste

Great location for a short trip to Bad Gastein

The location was really great and close to the center of Bad Gastein. Room is rather small but very clean and the balcony is great! Breakfast delicious and a lot to choose from. The owner called to arrange the check in and keys which was very nice and mindful. Thanks a lot!

The parking space was right opposite the hotel which is amazing but unfortunately on the day of arrival it was impossible to get a parking space there. The room was clean and had everything we needed except of 2 glasses to be able to drink some water in the room.

Very well situated rooms in central Bad Gastein.

Very nice and friendly personel. As there was restrictions and test because of corona that we where not aware of the hostess helped us with test equipment. Very nice rooms with a fine view. Nice garden. Nice restroom with different plays and a minibar :-)

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Sehr freundliches Ehepaar, das die Pension führt, mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstück. Alles ist sauber und komfortabel, Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür, der Bahnhof und Supermarkt sind wenige Minuten entfernt.

Välutrustat kök, rymligt badrum, generös hall för kläder och skor, separat sovrum och bra möblerad matplats och vardagsrum. Vänlig och hjälpsamt ägarpar! Kort väg till butik och skidlift utan höjdskillnad - unikt i Badgastein som annars är byggt i ett veritabelt stup😆

Pobyt w Pensjonacie uważam za udany i rekomenduję ten obiekt. Chętnie tam pojadę ponownie.

Lokalizacja pensjonatu, bliskość dworca kolejowego, kolejki linowej oraz basenów termalnych, a także zadaszony parking znajdujący się przed budynkiem to duże atuty. Ze śniadania można było skorzystać za dodatkową opłatą. Miła i przyjazna obsługa właścicieli obiektu.

Sehr nette und familiäre Pension!

Wunderbare Lage, leicht zu erreichen, alles hat gepasst. Es wäre toll wenn die Möglichkeit ein Radonbad zu haben auch in der Beschreibung vorkäme.
